Why do people still use airports? The service offered by the Southampton terminal is second to none. Car collected, luggage whisked away, friendly terminal staff and on board within 30 minutes - beats airport queues any day.

It was like coming home - we had been on QE last year and the QV is a similar size and layout.

Superb quality fittings even though QV is now the 'oldest' ship in the fleet following QM2 refit. They had a torrid time on the way back from New York on the cruise before ours and lost quite oa lot of the crockery and there were a few parts of the ship showing signs of distress but overall the experience was superb.
