Carnival Los Angeles Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

We were pleasantly surprised by this cruise! Service was good, food was good and the Camp Carnival staff was super! Always a plus when you are traveling with just one child. We had previously cruised on Carnivals's three night trip to Catalina and Ensenada and it was horrible.... Take the 7 day cruise, it is sooooooo much better! Three take-aways: 1. Faster to the Fun pass, best ...

Somewhat Disappointed

Probable won't go on Carnival again. Nice ship, but was overall disappointed. The buffet area food was edible, at best. Dinner in the dining room was better, but really nothing stellar. Service was good. As a family of 6 didn't really have the extra money to spend on the premium restaurants. Room was typically small, but quiet and comfortable. Service was good. Entertainment was poor. You ...

Just got back from a week on the Carnival Miracle sailing from Long Beach California to Puerto Vallarta for two days and Cabo San Lucas for one night. This is my 7th cruise, second on the Carnival Miracle. This was one of the best times I’ve had and it was an amazing cruise. Parking at Long Beach cruise terminal — not good! The cost is high $19 a night and the only places we could find were ...

Pleasantly Surprised

I needed a one-week round-trip Los Angeles cruise on June 11th when my 2 LA-area mid-teen grandkids were available. To my surprise, Carnival was the ONLY cruise. While I frequently cruise, I had not been on Carnival in decades. I was pleasantly surprised. I don't generally like large ships but large meant except pool area seating nothing was overcrowded. Our cabin size was adequate for 3 (one ...

WIFI during your cruise: Let’s face it, wifi on the ship is SLOW and expensive, walk by the computers and you’ll see NO ONE. Like many, I rely on checking my email and Facebook frequently so… I started asking around. Cabo: Free WIFI in the port terminal (just past the large pharmacy/souvenir shop). Puerto Vallarta: Free WIFI at the mall (across the street from port, next to Wal-Mart). ...

Ok…this review turned out really LONG! Hopefully someone will find some value in it! Below I give my thoughts on the Miracle, Cabo San Lucas and Las Caletas in Puerto Vallarta. If I missed anything, I will try to answer any questions that I can! My family is 2 days off the Miracle. I spent a lot of time searching for helpful reviews while planning our trip, so I’m going to attempt to ...

Worst service and food we've had on a cruise.

We have used Carnival Cruise lines several times before and loved them. This time it wasn't nearly as good and even to the point that we don't know if we will use them again. To begin with we usually get such wonderful service that we have up to 10 individuals that we pay extra gratuities to. This time we had 11/2. I say the 1/2 because he was the only one of our servers at the dining room that ...

Absoluely loved the Carnival Miracle cruise ship! It was my 10th cruise, i am a cruise lover. When we first arrived we parked in the parking lot. I thought we were early arriving at 1:00pm, however, the parking lot was pretty full. We bought the faster to fun ticket, but dont think it was really worth the money. We jumped aboard pretty quickly and did not even get to benefit from the faster ...

Carnival Miracle Mexican Riviera Review: Greetings. I wanted to write this review to be helpful for others looking to take the cruise on the Miracle out of Long Beach, CA. We had one that was overnight in PV. First I will start with embarkation. We arrived at the port and dropped our bags and family off with the porters and then parked. We arrived at about 10:30 am. We also did pay ...

Just came back from the Miracle, 2 days to Cabo and 1 day in Puerto Vallarta, and it was amazing! We took this cruise two months ago in March, but the weather was so bad, all our shore excursions were cancelled. This time, the weather was so much better, and just like the last time the ship and staff were amazing! The food was always fresh and delicious, and the staff couldn't have been ...
