Carnival Barcelona Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Good but not brilliant - never felt valued

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Carnival Vista

Our second cruise, the first being on P&O Ventura. Liked the ports of call and also trying out a brand new ship sailing from Barcelona. Having had a great one night stay in Barcelona, the first problem however was our pick up from the Hotel to the Ship. Took a taxi in the end - not Carnival's fault. Embarkation not too bad considering number of passengers involved. Cabin was Havana ...

Big, Fun, Loud - Carnival Vista does what it says on the tin!

We chose Carnival Vista because it was a big, new, shiny, family friendly ship. We had a fantastic holiday and the ship was everything we hoped for. There were a few little niggles but nothing to affect our overall enjoyment of the holiday. Here are some good points and not so good points about the ship. SHIP PROS – big, fun, bright, spotlessly clean. Never been on a ship with so much ...

We were looking for a family vacation to celebrate our parents 60th anniversary. There was a group of seven ages 18 to 81. The itinerary looked good and we were able to get excellent airfares to Barcelona. We booked this trip 10 months ago and booked airfares at the same time. We were able to get fares for $994 roundtrip Minnesota to Barcelona. I would recommend flying into Barcelona a few days ...

We choose this ship as it was new, we where a bit unsure about cruising with Canival due to the bad reviews they get and our 1st ever curse was Disney but there was noting to worry about from start to finish it was fantastic. I was cruising with my hubby and 7 year old daughter. Embarkation went smoothly although quite a long wait, we arrived around 1ish can't remember what time we actually ...

Our first cruise with family in the Family Harbor area. There were 7 of us - 5 in one cabin and 2 in another and it was perfect for us. The lounge was great for breakfast and a quick get away off the ship in the morning. Also for lemonade and ice cream anytime. The ship has so many things to do and they were all great. We did not do everything as there was little time with all the port ...

Amazing kids club was the best.

The kids clubs are amazing and our kids loved it. We had fixed time dining at Reflections and service is so SLOW, the waiters try their best but seems untrained, we got our orders mixed up several times Food is somewhere between poor and average - not outstanding Guys burger is a 5. Blue Iguana is a 3+. Lido 3. Reflections 2+. Entertainment is either shows or stand up comedy. We ...

We were so excited to have the opportunity to experience this brand new ship. On the surface - it did not disappoint. The public areas and facilities were impressive. We travelled as a couple (52,46) and felt it was more geared towards families with children. But that said there was plenty for adults to enjoy. The pool areas were fine, as were the sports facilities. Despite a capacity of around ...

Our 1st cruise and what a great time we all had, the Embarkation and Disembarkation went really smoothly allowing for nearly 4000 guests to get on and off without too much fuss, Food was off a good standard, Alcohol was very well priced for a cruise ship. Interior cabin was tight for 2 Adults and 2 teenage boys but only used it too sleep in as there was so much too do. We used Shore ...

Wanted to take a Mediterranean cruise all my life and was so looking forward to seeing all the historical landmarks the ports of call had to offer on this cruise. The Carnival Vista is an absolutely amazing ship but in my opinion too big. I found myself waiting in line for every single thing I did on the ship behind hundreds of people. I will say the food and service was outstanding on this ...

I had not cruised with Carnival in over 10 years. As a travel agent I sell A LOT of their cruises but I personally have been a Royal Caribbean fan. We decided to check out the Vista because she looked amazing and we had been wanting to sail in Europe. Ship: We were very impressed with the layout of the ship. With over 4000 people sailing, no area ever felt crowded. We enjoyed the outdoor ...
