We chose this cruise for the itinerary which was almost the only good part. It was feezing onboard through the entire cruise. We took the Zuiderdam transatlantic, and chose it because we had taken the same ship to the Panama Canal in 2012 and had a very good time. There wasn't a problem with embarkation or disembarkation.

We had a good cruise until the head office decided to make the captain sailed the ship right into the Hurrican with 90 to 100 miles per hour wind, it was hell for 2 days. The wave was so high, the starboard side suites was flooded with water. The wind blew one of the outside door down, and Holland American still refused to compensate passengers.
