This was our fourth Holland America cruise and our second HA cruise this year. We last sailed on the Westerdam around Japan which was fantastic. As this was also a vista class ship and we had also been on the Oosterdam we expected similar levels of service. Sadly that wasn't the case.

We were on this ship for 12 days and thankfully only two sea days. We toured the Baltics We noticed that windows throughout the ship had cracks, tile in the Lido Dining Room floor was lifting when people stood on the tile waiting to be served from the food line. I think the ports of call are great, and Holland America has a strength in being port heavy for travellers who like to maximize time exploring countries like me. There was good onboarding and off boarding during ports of call, organized and efficient.
