Everything has dropped in quality since our cruise on the same ship, same itinerary in 2022. We later found out the trained staff was moved to Icon of the Seas, and Wonder has a new untrained staff. Same for all the bells , whistles, and budgets.
It took over 45 minutes in a long line to get on the ship boarding at 12:00 pm, later on we found longer lines for elevators, bars, ...
Ship was the best in the RC fleet we had been on and the Oasis class still seems to get bigger and better, it has its issues around which ports it can get in, and now those are becoming stale as they do third/forth time, I won’t mention CoCocay, alas I’m sure we will be seeing more of the private island concept inflict itself on us in years to come, tragic but understandable, the company will save ...
This was our 2nd time on Wonder of the Seas. And it was better than the last. It was my wife and two kids (ages 3 and 6) in a room both times. I had been on cruises before and could go either way, didn’t love them but didn’t hate them. But no one else in my family had before the first time we went on for a 3 night cruise. This time we we did a 7 night cruise. I was a little worried since I ...
Have beeen cruising for 20 plus years on Royal Carribean, and bigger is not always beter, the drinks were watered down to a point that asking for multiple shots in a drink had no effect to the dring wht so ever, the entertainment was non-existant, the theatre was closed all week except for 2 shows that lasted 30 minutes. Usually there is a magician or musical, that never hapened. The kids over ...
My family decided to try out something new
This year so we decided to go with wonder of the seas, boy we wish we didn’t. We started off with are hot water not working, then are toilet not flushing, then a weird nose coming for the bathroom, and are shower would overflow, The first 3 days I spent dealing with management and maintenance. I ask to move rooms, they said they were sold out. The kids ...
So many times having a cruise but I enjoy in wonder of the seas. The food was good and everything is ok. I stayed in room and all was very nice and the cabin was very good. The ship is nice and the restaurants. Specially the cupcake class my kids was enjoy very much to Ms. Mary she is very nice and really good how to entertain us and teach us. My kids really like her. All staff is good very ...
We were on symphony 4 years ago and booked as soon as Wonder became available. We really enjoyed Symphony, so figured we would enjoy the “improved” version. For the most part we really did. Obviously the ship was in tip top shape, still really new. The biggest improvement we found was the addition of the View Bar, amazing little spot that was welcomed. Awesome sea views while sipping on your ...
Last time we were on Royal Caribbean was before Covid. I always used to love Royal Caribbean until this cruise. Started off with problems with my seapass card. It would not work. Ended up missing the ice show. Had to stand in Guest services line twice to get a new cards issued. Ship is overrun with kids. Kids running up and down the hallways. Parents doing nothing. kids playing kickball in ...
This was supposed to be an extremely special vacation as it was intended to be a celebration of multiple milestones in my family's life including my and my husband's 20-year wedding anniversary, my 50th birthday, as well as the high school graduation of my identical twin girls. We chose royal Caribbean to help us celebrate because we had been on Anthem of the Seas in the past and loved it. ...
Ship is grand and beautiful. Workers seem nice enough however I have never heard no so many times from the crew. First, o somehow got setup for my time dining with only available slots after 8pm (can’t eat that late as I am usually in bed by 7pm even on a cruise) dinning room attendant said I can be put on the wait list for early dining so that was the first “No” went to the windjammer for dinner ...
