The cabin was fine, and the cabin steward did a good job. Nothing special except ice - no towels folded into animals, for example. The food was medicre, except for pizza and hamburgers, which were very good. This cruise was chosen because the Inside Passage cruise has been a bucket list item for many years. It totally exceeded our expectations. Overall we enjoyed the cruise. Some solid entertainment, however timing was off based on your dinner seating. The food bland and unexciting. Wow. Horrible. Bad food, bad service as a simple summary. Lots of whales sighted though (both at sea and at the buffet). Comically bad waiters sticking our menus into our food. Several meals in the dining room were not really edible so had to chase that meal with a visit to the buffet in the hopes of something better than “hot dog pineapple salad”.
