"We had taken the Inner Passage cruise in Alaska many years ago and always regretted not having gone to the interior, so this time we took the 7 day land tour before getting aboard the Grand Princess for the 7 day cruise back to Vancouver.The weather for the first few days was not good, with high winds and clouds that prevented seeing much of the glaciers, in fact the ship had to turn around before getting to glacier bay due to the very high winds, so many on the cruise were quite disappointed and we were glad we had already seen glaciers on the trip...."Read More

There's a lot of things that made this entire experience not enjoyable from the beginning. Dealing with customer service is almost nonexistent.
