We cruised the Diamond Princess, with a land cruise first to Denali Park. The land cruise - the cabins were frigid and didn't warm up until well into the night; the bathrooms never warmed so showers were quick. From the disorganized check-in process to disembarkation, the Diamond Princess is a mockery of the hospitality industry. When placed on a different deck than on our reservation, customer service simply said they were fully booked and would get back with us and that the option we received was much better and quieter than the original booking.
