Two lower beds convertible to 1 queen-size bed, bathroom with dual-sink vanity, full-size whirlpool bath & shower & additional shower stall, large sitting area, private verandah, 1 sofa bed for 1 person, floor-to-ceiling windows. Approximately 372–384 sq. ft. including verandah.
Absolutely loved this cabin, no motion felt at all at any time of the 24 days on board, didn't know if we were sailing or docked. Great view, no obstruction, no noise from anywhere including the elevators which were only about 5 cabins away. Bathroom was huge, double vanities and 2 showers with a whirlpool bath, good sized balcony, large TV and writing desk, lounge sofa. Enough floor space to do our daily stretches and the cabin never felt like you needed to leave it. Read entire member review >>
The reserved cabin, Signature Suite category SY "guaranteed", does not correspond with the awarded (6108) Suite SS category, supposedly superior category, but being special for people with disabilities, the configuration of the cabin is different: It has no bathtub Hydromassage, no shower with screen, no double sink. In addition it was damaged twice, having to make use of the public. And it was not bad because it is supposed to be configured to facilitate the mobility of a disabled person and / or wheelchair: It does not have the usual step of entry to the bathroom, handles in the bathroom on all sides; For access to the terrace has a small ramp to save the door frame. But, as I said, it does not match the characteristics of what I booked, even though they told me that I had been upgraded. Read entire member review >>
This accessible suite also works well for those who are not disabled. It's on the hump and the views from the verandah are excellent. The verandah has two chairs, a full-sized table, and two more chairs with footstools. Ample room in the suite (bigger than normal because of the hump) and, as a bonus, the numerous grab rails in the bathroom are handy for drying small items (there's a pull-out clothesline as well). The tub is not jetted and has rather high sides. Read entire member review >>
We had a Signature Suite, complete with Jacuzzi tub, shower, dual sinks...nice and roomy. Full size sofa that would sleep more, if you had more than two. The beds are dreamy, comfy and I open my drapes to take in the view, no blackout drapes for me! Fresh fruit and flowers in the room, excellent service. Read entire member review >>
Showing its age but well cleaned and kept. Furniture with some stains but more than compensated for by the wonderful cabin stewards. No clocks and none available on request. Only minimal TV channels. No free bottled water. Minimal amenities. Read entire member review >>

We had been upgraded to a Signature verandah cabin just a couple of days earlier, so we set off to find cabin 6143. We were not sure how much of an upgrade this would be so we were pleasantly surprised to find that there were about 100 additional square feet, which meant we had a sofa instead of a loveseat in the living area. We also had an additional chair, an ottoman, a second long vanity, a tub AND a shower with two sinks in the bathroom. There were extra drawers and storage areas everywhere, even under the bed. The balcony had two chairs with ottomans and a table between them, along with a round table with two chairs for eating if desired. We were quite happy with this upgrade. Unpacking was easy because we had so many places to put things. There were three closets in addition to drawers in both vanities, in the night stands, and under the beds. There are two medicine cabinets in the bathroom for toiletries as well as a shelf under the double sinks for storing items. We left many places empty. Our room steward met us almost as soon as we came in the room and advised us to fill out a request for fruit we might like to have maintained in the room. He also told us that the mini bar items are charged to us, including bottles of water kept there. Read entire member review >>
Very quiet location, and stable (not a lot of movement felt). A nice location, 3 decks below the Lido and 3 above the atrium area. Lovely cabin. And the full size bath with bathtub and separate shower, oh my! Read entire member review >>
This cabin was amazing. It was spacious and lovely. The bathroom was huge, with double sinks. The bed was a little firm for our liking, but the linens were nice. We loved every minute we spent here. Read entire member review >>
Midship on 6, category SY. Quiet location, great balcony except for the cigarette and cigar smoke.
Bathrooms are great with dual sinks, shower and jetted bathtub with shower fixtures. Read entire member review >>
We always take verandah room. First time Verandah suite.
Very cosy, large bathroom (2 sinks, whirlpool bath plus separage shower).
Large balcony (app. 4 x 10). Flat screen TV- 22 inches.
Unlike other cruise companies, H-A does not have your account on TV. If you want to know how much you have spent at any moment, you have to go to reception. Read entire member review >>
Cabin 6069 - starboard - SY category. Lovely cabin -- good size but had coffee table and one easy chair removed as it was rather crowded. Great mid-ship location about halfway from Mid-ship elevators. Big bathroom with separate shower and twin sink vanity with medicine cabinets on each side. Plenty of storage -- lots of drawers which we didn't always need. Balcony had table, 2 chairs and 2 lounge chairs with ottomans. Husband could ride his scooter through door with no problem. Very comfortable bed and lovely linens.
Very quiet but we could hear some muted noise from our neighbors sometimes. ( Very comfortable for 30 days. Read entire member review >>
Very spacious cabin for two. Has two desks to sit and read or type (I had to work on the cruise). Balcony is HUGE! Some noise from Lido Deck just above, but easily ignored! Would not hesitate to rebook! Read entire member review >>
Great location overlooks both Juneau and Ketchikan when docked as well as Margerie Glacier. Excellent side of the ship to be on. Quiet & away from the elevators. No room across from this cabin - love that. Nice size. Would ONLY cruise Alaska with a veranda. The jetted tub was awesome - wish the water had been hotter. Read entire member review >>

Bathroom was large! Large vanity with double sinks and 2 medicine chests. Whirlpool tub and separate shower. Read entire member review >>
We were in SY6069. It was a wonderful room. The whirlpool bath tub was wonderful and the separate shower was very nice. The double sink gives lots of room in the bathroom with ample storage space. They changed the towels all the time, which I like, because it can be complicated to track when the towel was used, or whose towel, etc. They had lots of chairs and the couch inside the cabin so you didn't have to end up sitting on the bed, until it was time for bed. The balcony was nice as well. Instead of the loungers there are wicker chairs with foot rests. We thought it was fine, although some would probably prefer the loungers. They cleaned the balcony regularly which was good, to get rid of the build-up of salt from the day/night before. Lots of closet space, which is great for hanging up clothes and lots of storage underneath the bed so the suitcases could be out of the way. Location was great. Nice and quiet. The boat does not dock on that side, at least for our stops, so it was usually very private balcony. Overall, excellent room, definitely would stay in one like this again. We had cabin 8054.
Similar size to a smallish hotel room. I would say take out the middle table and take out one of the extra chairs....a bit cramped with that extra furniture. We were under the Lido Pool so could hear chairs scraping across the floor once in a while. There was a picture missing from the wall which we found to be weird but the room was clean, lots of space, we were able to get all of our clothes put away (in closets, drawers and some left in the bags, under our bed). The bathrooms were clean and we had clean towels and clean bedding. The shower is a bit small but I was able to shower in the tub, no problem. We liked the fact that there was a tub but we DID NOT use it that week. The hall was quiet and we never once heard any of the other folks on our floor or did we even see others. Overall, the rooms were fine. We were not disappointed. Read entire member review >>
Great cabin centrally located in mid-ship. Nice big bathroom with separate tub and shower. Seems to be an area where families with children are placed, and can be noisy on balcony or in the hallway, but the rooms seem to be pretty well insulated from noise. Read entire member review >>
Great location - the quietest we have ever been in. Very spacious. Two minor maintenance problems (one of two shower heads would not stay in position) and a screw kept falling out of the bathroom door - hardly serious! Read entire member review >>
6096 - Spacious, immaculate, and comfortable with a very large bathroom, his and her sinks, with separate shower and whirlpool bath. Convenient location. Seating area was good for four guests. Makeup mirror and hair dryer. Balcony was huge - about 10x15. This was the best mini-suite we have ever had. Read entire member review >>
Our cabin was larger (384 square feet) than on our previous 2004 Westerdam cabin (254 square feet) when we sailed the western Mediterranean. Plus, we were on one deck higher. And like on the previous cruise, we had a nice large verandah. Our cabin had air conditioning, bottled water, comfortable king-size bed with four pillows (actually two single beds placed together, with room to place your suitcases under) with two night stands, safe, bathroom amenities, bathrobes, hair dryer, three chairs, small coffee table, two desks with eight drawers, three closets, toilet, bath and shower, a separate shower, two sinks, fresh fruit, etc. Both 110 and 220 volts electrical outlets. HAL previously provided a special luggage tags containing our cabin number and our luggage arrived in our cabins before we did. Read entire member review >>
We had SY 6072 and it was our favorite cabin ever. It was approximately 300 sq. ft. with a big balcony. We had our son in the cabin and there was plenty of room. The bathroom had a separate shower and tub, which helped with our son, along with double vanity. Read entire member review >>
We were in Category SY 6070 and loved the room. It was just a few doors away from the central elevators at mid ship. Balcony was large, storage aplenty, separate tub and shower. Not too noisy. Read entire member review >>
Our cabin was 6063, catagory SY. It was great! Big room, big balcony with 2 chairs and a real table plus 2 chairs with ottomans. Tons of storage. A safe and locking drawers. Well insulated. We didn't hear anything from the hallway or the neighbors. If someone was on the balcony, and the door was closed, you could not hear them talking. The bathroom was big too! Double sinks a jetted bathtub with a shower plus a seperate shower. The bed was bigger than a queen size! Comfortable bed and nice bedding. The couch bed was NOT comfortable. felt the springs and it was not level. I do not recommend someone sleeping on it. It was actually more comfortable sleeping on it as a couch than a bed. The cabin was absolutely fabulous. After having our room steward remove one of the three side chairs, the cabin's layout was extremely functional with more than enough room for two. We particularly liked the desk that had a window overlooking the balcony and the two sinks in the bathroom. The bathroom had both a full size tub and a shower stall, which came in handy one night when we were rushed getting ready for dinner. The shower stall was a bit cramped though, and we normally took showers in the tub. The balcony, though not as big as those on the stern, was deeper than the balconies on standard veranda cabins. There was ample room for a large dining table with two chairs, two chairs with ottomans, and a small side table. The balcony furniture was faux wicker and was much better than the furniture provided on Royal Caribbean and Celebrity. The partitions between balconies were also better than what we have seen on the other lines. They extended a bit further over the railing and had no seams that you could see through.
