The cabin is modified for disabled passengers. The plus is that it is oversized. The minus is that the wheelchair accessible shower drain is defective and flooded the carpet outside the washroom door. The carpet was soggy when I arrived and became soggier daily after each shower. Subi, the cabin attendant didn’t seem to either notice and/or (more likely) care, so it was never addressed. It took me a few days to realize that it wasn’t from the shower water escaping outside the bathroom, and was actually a drain defect. Read Less

The cabin is close to the back of the mid ship section. The draperies and furniture have recently been upgraded and they were lovely. The bathroom is ready for an upgrade, functional but definitely worn. Read More

The stateroom was ready early, upon embarking. The Westerdam renovation are partial as we noticed that the bathtub was damaged and so was the table. However, the color scheme is nice. Read More

Midship. Balcony is smaller. It sits right above the life boats. Bed is very comfortable. Enjoyed the large TV with access to news and movies. It is very stable in rough seas as it is midship. Read More

A bit tired and in need of a refurb and deep clean which I believe is taking place in Palermo in a few weeks. Curtains and carpet were past there best. Bed was large and comfortable. Everything worked but lacked polish despite the efforts of the cabin stewards who were excellent. Wardrobe was small - the hangers have to be at an angle for the door to close. Electricity sockets are dual 110v US and 220v European. One was coming off the wall. TV was old with a poor picture on several channels. DVDs played OK. We had a sofa bed for a third person. This too was in need of replacing as the fabric was dusty and needing replacing. The staff/crew were first class. Read Less

Cabin was nice, no complaints except that one of the panels separating our balcony from the adjacent balcony was loose, causing it to rattle annoyingly all night long. Next morning we figured out the problem and requested a wedge to jam in the space that rattled. Wedge never came, so we shoved in a wooden hanger, problem solved. Bed and linens very comfy, altho husband complained about big crack in middle of bed, which I believe is unavoidable when converting 2 twins to a king. Read Less

Balcony! And bathroom with tub, it is indeed bigger than that in Princess. Our room showed a little tear and wear, we saw a minor crack at the side of the tub but not too bad. My advise is especially if you go to Glacier Bay National Park @ Alaska or go to watch glacier, spend a little more $$ and get the balcony. I took plenty of great pictures just outside our balcony without needed to squeeze into the huge crowd at the open space. Also, we saw plenty of whales / dolphins, sea lions, great sunsets... while we holding our drinks and wearing our pjs at our balcony during the sailing. If you have motion sickness, be advised don't do lower or top cabins, our cabin located in midship at 5th floor which in my opinion, was great because I didn't throw up at all. I've heard stories from other people @ the restaurant talking about how badly their friends throw up, and they stayed at lower or top floors. This room is also above the orange lifeboat which did not show on the deck plan. Not a huge problem to me, but sometimes we see bright orange reflections on the balcony ceiling. Read Less
