Embarkation was a problem. We got on in Wellington, and it seemed the cruise line was not that interested / prepared for the mid-cruise embarkation. Had to wait in the wind for nearly an hour while visitors got off the ship, and then we had to lug our own luggage to the room. Other passengers also said disembarking at ports of call was chaotic and a long process.
