Princess used to be our favotite cruise line. Our cabin attendant was excellent, but most of the other service staff were from just plain rude to pretty good. Really, have you ever run into rude servers on a cruise? We hadnt, but we have now. This kind of service would be unacceptable at Walmart, Applebees, or anywhere in the US. Honestly, Im not a snob.
