We got a fantastic deal on a Grand Suite (cheaper than a deluxe balcony at the time of booking) in a great spot on Deck 10. Our stateroom attendant was fantastic – he introduced himself on the first day and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was always kept clean and fresh, complete with a new towel animal each day. It was lovely having a kettle and mini fridge in the room. We had our own amenities so didn’t make use of the mini shampoo/conditioner etc but we were told this would have been replaced daily. Suites also receive a number of additional “perks” – by far the best of which is the Concierge Lounge – every night between 5 – 8:30pm (5:30 on the first day due to muster drill) the lounge served snacks and free drinks. We were able to collected additional bottled water and soft drink at this time and enjoy a cocktail or two. The location isn’t the best (it’s inside with no windows on Deck 9) but it was quiet and had a good vibe. Children are allowed but they had to be accompanied by an adult which was a lovely change from the unsupervised gangs of children roaming the ship. Read Less
