Overall we enjoyed our trip. The housekeeping staff were wonderful, as were the staff members in the Windjammer and Main Dining Room on Deck 4. I also thought that the shore excursions were well organized. And the tour guides were very knowledgeable.

The crew is fantastic as always, especially the concierge Sukriti Rai, Sue. She is super nice and will help you with any concerns. I have always had a good experience with the crew.
