Lack of bonhomie among most staff towards passengers, more interested in talking among themselves than interacting with passengers. We choose this cruise because it was advertised as 2 days in Barcelona and 2 days in Florence. We were very disappointed because several months before the departure we were notified that we were only going to be in Barcelona until 10:00 P.M.
