Viking are very efficient, I cannot fault their communication and organisation. They organised the flights and transfers as well. However, they wanted an extortionate amount for 2 days in Amsterdam before the cruise, so we organised it ourselves and so had to make our own way to the hotel. The ship was lovely, very clean, smooth lines, no chintz! The other passengers were probably 50% Americans, 25% British, 25% other and quite a wide age range from people in their 30s to 70s. I would say most of the people were 50 - 75. The service was excellent, but I think over the top. After cleaning the room in the morning, is there really any need for the maid to clean it again in the evening? This is one reason it is so expensive. I have stayed in top notch hotels where they close the curtains and turn down the bed and I think that is all that is needed. Alcoholic and soft drinks are included at both lunch at dinner and not just one, they keep topping up your glasses, so people like me who don't drink are actually subsidising those that do and they certainly take advantage of it! Some people opted for the drinks package which included certain drinks all day. However, both passengers in the state room have to take it, so it wasn't worth it for us. the service throughout the ship was excellent, with a good choice of food for breakfast and a limited choice for lunch with a good salad buffet and burgers if you did not fancy what was on offer. However, I was disappointed with the evening meals. There was always a regional menu of 3 courses, plus 2 choices of international dishes for each course and if you didn't like them, there was steak, burgers or chicken. However, I found it difficult to find something I liked every night and resorted to the steak and chips on several occasions. There was a German buffet one night, but as I am not keen on lots of sausages, cooked meat and pork I was not impressed, neither was the Jewish gentleman on our table! One night Thai soup was on the menu and I ordered that as it contained co-conut milk and as I am lactose intolerant did not expect to be served a very creamy soup containing milk! Also, the greatest disappointment for me was the tiny servings for dessert. The excursions were well organised with a leisurely option for those who had limited mobility, which we took advantage of as my husband had a bad knee. Little treats awaited us on our return to the ship which was nice and we all had electronic gizmos with earpieces so we could hear the guide, which were very easy to use. The excursions are mainly walking tours in the cities, concentrating on the history, architecture and cathedrals etc. The guides were very good except the fortress at Koblenz. The guide was an actor and it was supposed to be amusing, but it was not. The evening entertainment was mainly a pianist, but one evening there was a classical concert, another glass blowing demonstration on the adjoining ship, two quizzes which were great fun as they were not the usual format and a disco night. Ivan was in charge of this and he was excellent. We had been on ocean cruises but this was our first river cruise. We loved the fact there was less than 200 people on the boat, so you got to know people very quickly and we made some good friends. It was lovely to watch the scenery as you floated by and you won't get sea sick! Not far to walk to the cabin or the restaurant. However, there is not much to do when sailing except talk, drink, read, sunbathe, sleep or walk around the walking track. If we did another cruise, I probably would not take one that included drinks as this inflates the price if you don't drink very much. Read Less

Wanted to visit Provence and this was the perfect way to do it. Staying right the heart of cities like Lyon and Avignon allows scope for independent sight seeing. As a past customer I had high expectations of the service and food and I was not disappointed. Such a varied itinerary with cities and rural communities. Some of the Roman remains were fascinating, especially the Pont du Gard Aquaduct. Our optional excursion to the Camargue was very interesting and I enjoyed getting so close to the flamingos. The facilities on board are excellent and the service always feels personalised. The attention to detail, such as handing out warm hand towels to refresh you on return to the boat from an excursion are much appreciated. The pick up and return to the airport were well handled. The extension in Nice added a final flourish and the Viking representatives at the hotel were very helpful in recommending places to eat and where to visit. Read Less

Based on reputation and reviews, Viking were the obvious choice for our first cruise. Having chosen the Rhine Getaway River Cruise, we were not disappointed, it was better than we expected. Great organisation, flights and transit to ship were faultless, staff and crew were welcoming and very helpful. The Tialfi was clean, comfortable just the right size to be immediately at home with. Food excellent with ample selection and service. Shore excursions were well planned and executed with plenty of 'me time' to explore on our own if that's what you want. The cabin was clean, comfortable and we were looked after by the service staff to a very high standard. No complaints whatsoever! We are so impressed with the Viking experience that we are going to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary on a Danube cruise this coming August. Can't say more than that and have no hesitation in recommending the to like minded people, be they new to river cruises or experienced. Read Less

Hang up you clothes..fed and wine Top quality. Not worth paying extra for a cabin with balcony as most travel is done at night . Organisation was superb many thanks to our program director Kane Davies..a wonderful guy..must have worked 24 hrs a day. Wish they had spent more time at main places. Prefer coach tours...see a lot more as you travel in the day..get used to packing your bag every day or so but you get used to it and only use clothes each day so you keep packing to a minimum. Food not as flash on coach tours and wine and beer not included but half the price for a month. Will stick with coach tours. Food available was superb...plus wine and beer...tended to stay with menu food as very nice and smaller portions. Comfort and information on the boat was excellent. A very comfortable cruisy trip and met a lot of very nice people. Read Less

We chose the cruise because of the cities we were visiting and the brochure which spoke to some education regarding the history. The service was wonderful. Food was good but definitely not exceptional . I like the concept of have beverages available during the dinner and lunch. The lounge was very comfortable and the front deck, when the sun came out ,was fantastic. It was a bit cool during the first half of the cruise so the top deck was not available. That and the locks prevented the top deck from being open. For the most part, the ship was lovely and very well attended to. Due to the brochures prior to the trip I expected more discussion regarding the city and the surrounds to be visited next, prior to the each excursion. There were announcements each evening prior to dinner, however the dialog was very difficult to comprehend/understand due to linguistics etc. With the only information to come was from the tour guides and the crowds of the excursion it became impossible to keep together and hear clearly what the guide was saying. The connection upon arriving at the airport was great and very organized. However the announcements prior to the first excursion were unclear and consequently we missed the first one we paid for and got on the wrong shuttle bus. For the staff standing on the stairs in lobby of the hotel and shouting out "instructions for the next event it was impossible to comprehend instructions with large groups of people and poor organization in that instance. The departure in Paris was quite different - it was a real nightmare with not nearly enough help at the airport. Our flight was canceled so we were hustled to another flight, but left with little an to no assistance. We were delivered to a little room for assistance but had no idea why and little knowledge of how to get to our plain. As it was we almost missed our flight causing a great deal of stress in an unfamiliar airport and staff who kept telling us we had to wait in line for a wheel chair which we did not need. The staff had no idea why we were left in a room with one service person (who spoke little Eng) and waiting for help. Viking really missed the mark on this issue as it was way to close to being a disaster for my us as well as another couple who were in the same predicament. Often the excursions were not given enough information regarding the difficulty walking etc. Quite often we got half way into a tour and found out we would not be capable to completing (i.e the Castle and Trier) We got up to the castle and then were told that the climb would be far too difficult for my spouse, so we could do nothing but sit and wait for all to complete the tour. Going on a river cruise was just a dream that my husband and I shared. We had been on more than a half dozen ocean cruises and looked forward to this new experience. I loved having the excursions as well as drinks included in our price. I enjoyed getting to know the other passengers and was really able to get to know many with such a small number of passengers. I really liked being welcomed up in the wheelhouse at anytime to ask questions and learn about the ship. We had a group of ten that traveled together and we were always able to sit together and when a few of us wanted massages, the crew set up appointments as well as figured out transportation for us as well. Cabins were very clean and we still talk about how luxurious the towels were. Service and food was wonderful with lots of attentiveness. Already on my radar is going up the St Lawrence in Canada as well as a Scandinavian cruise. Read Less

South of France in May! What could be more beautiful? But the Viking Buri, its staff and director made it a stunning vacation! From the excursions to the food to the fabulous directorship, this particular cruise was the best! The wine education was extensive on the tour, and the accommodations provided for transportation were excellent. The evening tour was fun and different. We made life-long friends even though we had no intention of much socializing...we needed a break from our crazy lives...but the folks we met were just too much fun! Since then, we have already visited some in NY! The ship had all we needed (except for a fitness room, which would have been very welcomed). The dining staff became like family, while still keeping a very professional stance. The evening entertainment was lots of fun, and not too night-clubby as others have been. The front desk staff assisted us in making reservations and appointments in the cities we visited, from restaurants to nail salon. They also recommended places to go, which was quite helpful. The excursions were excellent, and we didn't even add any additional to our trip. Read Less

This was our first experience of any type of cruise, and I think we may have set the bar so high for the future. Even from the booking stage, the service was immaculate. There are no words that I feel will do justice to the 'Viking Team' on board the Viking Eir. My wife and I, together with our friends had the most amazing week. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable at every port of call, and although we had visited Cologne before, we learned so much about the city. Having the Silver Spirits drinks package added to our week. We are not big alcohol drinkers but to have local wine choices, pre-dinner options and soft drinks permanently available without worry of a large bill at the end of the trip, further added to our week. We had the basic stateroom, which was more than impressive. In the whole week, we saw 2 balcony rooms used, as most movement was at night time, and the Rhine gorge really needed you to be on deck for the panoramic view. For us, there was really no need to spend more money on a room higher up. I would like to just mention a thank you to Ivan who spent his week making sure our room was perfect. The moment we stepped out, it seemed he went in and tidied up with fresh laundry. All I can really do is sent an enormous piece of gratitude to the staff of Viking and anyone that we encountered who made our river cruise one of the best weeks. Already booked for the Danube next April. Read Less

We chose this one because we wanted to visit two of the places on the itinerary. We were not disappointed. Unfortunately we had not read the brochure properly and had not realised that the first two and last two nights would be in hotels, in Berlin and Prague respectively. However, that was our fault, not Viking's! In the event, we found the experience in Berlin rather dry, but Prague is a lovely city which we will be visiting again. Also unfortunately, our holiday got off to a very poor start due to a strike of air france staff. We finally go to Berlin eight hours late, after being routed round via Zurich. However, we had informed the London office of our difficulties and we were met by a charming Viking courier and driven to the ship. As always, the staterooms are spotlessly clean and blissfully comfortable. The selection of entertainment on the wide screen TV is chosen to suit all tastes. All of the staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Meals, especially the local specialities, are always delicious and there is always a good choice. The excursions to Meissen, where we were given a demonstration of porcelain making (Meissen is one of my favourite makes!) and Wittenberg, where we had what can only be called a lecture-tour about Martin Luther, were very well thought out and interesting. Our cabin was quite large for both of us. We had the balcony. The tours are included every port. It was a wonderful experience, food over all was very delicious. The entertainment was great, it’s not crowded like the ocean cruise , since theres only 180 people on board. The embarkation was fast and smooth , they offer complimentary tea , coffee and cookies. The sailing in the river cruise was very smooth compare to the ocean, my next river cruise will be the Rhine getaway. I’ll book again with Viking in the future! Read Less

We have been on several Viking river cruises before, in German and Russia and had very good holidays. The problems with communication on this trip started as we arrived at the port when the person who was supposed to come to the coach to deliver important information failed to turn up. Consequently we had problems early on as we did not know about the imminent passenger information meeting. When we spoke to the Cruise Director she was very off hand and dismissive. Every day there seemed to be a problem with serving dinner. Most days the meal started at 7.00pm but most people did not emerge from the meal until almost 10.00pm. Frequently the food orders were incorrectly served and food was often only just warm. On several days the ship was double parked away from the quayside. This meant that passengers had to clamber to the top deck on Forsetti and the over the other ship on slippery steps in the pouring rain. excuse me Viking but people made this comment in reviews in 2013 and it is now 2018!! Inevitably some people had impaired mobility issues were unable to leave the vessel and go on the excursions. This parking problem also meant that people who had paid for balcony cabins couldn't use the balcony as there was another ship parked only a few inches way. The double parking on the last night in Bordeaux also meant that fumes were coming into the cabin via the ventilation system SO, even though the cabin was very well maintained by the stewardess Marijana I can not say that this was the enjoyable relaxing holiday which we intended. Will I go on Viking again? Only if things get an awful lot better. Read Less

We choose this cruise so that as Jews, we could see the history of our people. The bad things and the good. The Viking Shore Tours were excellent for viewing, educational tour guides and safe bus drivers. This could not have been any better organized. We felt that the amount of free time was about right and the cities where we stopped and visited offered a great deal of different history as well as beautiful sites. We did encounter people in several of our visited cities that were extremely unfriendly, non communicative and not helpful when asking about their wares. We enjoy cruising on Viking for the very reason, everything is taken care of. No worries as to where to eat, how to get a taxi and how to find our way back to the ship. However, I let called to make sure that I would have only white chicken breast and lots of fruit and vegetables since I don't eat any meat at all. I also told our waiter several times yet the menu was poor for me. The chef said the menu came from corporate office and he had to follow it. Would you want to eat a pain chicken breast on top of mashed potatoes for 7 days? I think not and I think the chef shut have been able to have more variety. I hope your Corporate office will take note of this. It was embarrassing to sit at the Captains dinner with no plate of food!! The staff on Viking is truly the most helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Viking left us stranded in Paris for over 7 hours, bumping us off of three different planes to Nuremberg. I finally demanded to be flown to Amsterdam and then to Nuremberg which Air France did after many phone calls to Viking Atla. I could not reach anyone in the CA office as it was too early. We ask to fly in early so that I could celebrate my birthday with my Germany friends and family. The luncheon was over and people had returned to their homes when we arrive at the ship at 6:45pm when we were suppose to be at the ship at 10:00 AM. This memory is forever gone and a very sad one to have missed. I also let the waiter, as well noted when I booked the cruise that it was a Birthday celebration for me and an anniversary for my brother and sister in law. After many reminders, finally on Saturday, the anniversary was celebrated. We requested on Tuesday or Wednesday. Our waiter did nothing for my birthday and again, so disappointing to me and my family. I ate most of my meals on the back of the deck with soups and salads. When on an excursion, I would find a nice restaurant and eat my main meal off ship. We turned all of our paper work in to the front desk of Atla and we were told that they had submitted all of this documentation to Viking. As of today, we have not had any contact with Viking or Air France. I would appreciate this information be given your immediate attention and contact us. This was or second Viking cruise and we have referred several families to Viking. I expect to have some compensation for this frustration and disappointing experience. It definitely dampened our trip. Read Less

Traveling on a Viking Cruise was my grandmother's idea and thankfully she invited my mother, my aunt and I to travel with her. It was a wonderful experience to travel with 3 generations to the incredible ports we visited; however, it was the Viking crew that made our experience so memorable. My grandmother is 91 years old and there were some excursions that were more challenging than others, but our cruise director, Sam, always went above and beyond for us to keep her included in activities or to be frank and let us know that she should relax on the ship instead. The whole crew made all of us feel like royalty, they knew what we liked to eat and drink and just made us feel so special. The ship is just the right size so that you get to know many of the other passengers and by the time the cruise is over, it feels like many are family. The food was delicious at all of our meals and the bar staff were so accommodating and fun that they felt like good friends. Our cabins were nice and always clean. I can't wait to go back on another Viking Cruise and highly recommend it to others! Read Less

The scenery along the river is stunning and we were lucky to have great weather. The trips were well organised and the guides well informed and entertaining- the coach was driven safely and smoothly through some difficult narrow and winding roads. The food was fantastic, how the chef and his team can turn out such lovely meals in such a small space is amazing. The cabins were comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. The two night stay in Lisbon was good, lovely hotel, fabulous city. I would definitely recommend the cruise and just writing this makes me want to go again! Read Less

The only problem was the new audiovoxes which were not as water resistant s the previous models. Easier to work when dry but consistent problems in rainy waather. With reduced Viking shore excursion personnel, too frequent inability to hear. Great excursions especially the night walk in Vivianne and the Chateau Neuf du Pape The biggest surprise was the Roman Coliseum in Arles that is still in active use Lots of time to explore As opposed to "nickel and dime" cruise lines, water and umbrellas were always offered gratis when appropriate for the day's excursion. I enjoyed this trip very much, the cabinet, the beautiful variety food, the nice service that made us feel at home. we were deeply impressed. we are waiting to plan the 2nd visit. I have just reviewed my diary of "my Viking River Cruise on May 11, 2016 to May 31" it says, "it was the most enjoyable cruise I have ever went in all these 12 years .... " my advice - continue to keep the excellent work! I was impressed. things need to improve - the only thing that needs to improve is the evening entertainment. i think, Viking may add more musical entertainments after dinner time because every night was piano and singing would become kind of boring after few days on the ship. therefore, I would like to suggest the following idea - have a DJ or some one who works on ship to invite customers to stand out to tell jokes, stories of funny experiences, play bingo, play cards, set prize for the winner. a little prize may bring up the atmosphere, may create more fun! I understand today everything costs money, but with our smart brain, I am sure Viking would be glad to try to give customers the most satisfactory cruise every time they cometo visit. All The Best! My mother who is 86 years old, has been wanting to go on a Viking River cruise for years. I received an email from Viking about two discounted cruises, one of which was on the Danube. My mother has always wanted to see Budapest and Vienna. When I told her about the Viking Cruise, the great price, and that I would go with her on the cruise, she was elated. We chose to take the extended stay in Budapest prior to the cruising date. We both agreed that this was the best thing that we have ever done together. Budapest was more than we ever expected. Viking arranged our stay at the Budapest Marriott, which is located directly on the Danube. We had an unbelievable view of the Danube and the Palace across the river, that was lighted every night. Viking offered us optional guided tours of Budapest each day that we did purchase at a minimal cost. The Marriott Hotel was excellently appointed the staff was pleasant and helpful. A complete buffet breakfast was included for each day that we stayed. This cruise was a dream come true for my mother, we loved every experience; from the extended stay in Budapest to the exciting tours in Vienna. On board, we enjoyed the Viking room accommodations; the excellent meals; the wine and music provided every evening; the friendly Viking staff; and last but not least the wonderful friends that we made on the cruise. We enjoyed the whole trip, The tour guide was excellent. He did an outstanding job. Very knowledgeable, accommodating to your needs, nice and pleasant to be with. The places that we visited were all wonderful to see. Very educational and lots of history that one can do a second visit and learn more about the culture and people. All the hotels we stayed in were first class. Food and service were excellent. The land tours were also awesome. The Three Gorges was a beautiful sight to see and see how the village people who were relocated high in the mountains live. They walk for miles on the rugged mountain slopes to get to their destinations. This is a daily life for them. I thought their way of life is so incredible. Note: When you are a first time booker, I recommend that the travel person who helps you set up your tour should guide you of what to expect in the tour package. Because I booked the tour 9 months in advance, when it came closer to the cruise date, I didn't look at the email as often as I should and missed a lot of valuable information about what you should do (example- you have to do your own set up of the land tours of which one that you want to attend - it was not automatic). The travel person you initial helped you should follow up and help you and guide you on these land tours. Each time I called, I got a different person to help me. Most of them were curious and nice but I truly think the original person who helped with the initial booking should be your guide. David you was the initial person was never there when I called. When I left messages, he sometimes called back in the beginning of the initial booking but after that when I left a message, he never called back. I talked to several people that help me set up the land portion of the cruise. I was very grateful that one person, forgot name was the best who helped me do an automatic checking on the website about the cruise. That is my only complaint I have about the initial travel booker that book our cruise. Other than that I would recommend Viking to everyone. In fact, I called several people to make sure to use Viking on their next cruise. I would recommend everyone to choose Viking for their travel. Read Less

This was our third Viking River Cruise. We went on this cruise as we wished to visit Paris and the Normandy Beaches. When we booked this cruise over a year before we sailed we believed the ship would be moored close to the centre of Paris. Unfortunately before we sailed we were informed that the port authorities had moved the mooring position to Le Pecq some 11 miles from the centre of Paris. This meant that there was around a 45 minutes to one hour bus ride to the centre of Paris. Instead of the short walk we were hoping for. This was the only disappointing aspect of this cruise. Other than this the cruise was excellent. The ship and our cabin was spotlessly cleansed comfortable, the staff friendly and very attentive, nothing was too much trouble for them. The meals were excellent always well prepared and plenty of choice. There was always plenty of wine and other drinks served with the meals. The shore excursions were excellent and gave a good insight into French history, culture and the Second World War. They all ran to time and were excellently organised. The ships onboard musician was Peter was excellent and entertained us at lunch time and during the evening. There were various lectures on board but I cannot comment on these as I did not attend these. The daily briefings kept us well informed of the next day's activities. Transfers to the ship embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly. There were no children on the ship which was a great bonus. I will certainly take another Viking River Cruise. Read Less

Ship personnel were available to answer questions and take care of any situations that occured. I was unfortunate enough to become ill with a breathing problem and I received excellent care from emergency people plus staff members getting medicine for me. Then taking their time to check up on me, even while in Budapest. I certaainly could never thank Viking enough for their courtesies shown me. This was my third Viking river cruise and am in the process of choosing another river destination. I have been on a larger cruise ship to visit the Baltic countries. Looking over the information, I feel that using the river cruise I will get a better feel for the countries visited. I wouldn't choose to be a repeat customer if I were not a satisfied consumer. We were aboard the Portraits of Southern France cruise to nowhere on the flooded Rhone. Firstly, Viking are not responsible for water levels; that being so all of the staff made the very best of a bad situation. We enjoyed comfortable, well organised, coach trips to Beaune, Vienne and Arles and when it became clear the river levels were not dropping (indeed the authorities closed the river) we swopped ships with the Northbound Buri. Same cabin number, same layout and even the Programme Director and Concierge transferred with us - thus providing continuity. Lunch en route to Avignon was organised (at short notice) at the beautiful four star Domaine de Clairefontaine, excellent food and service, as was the case on both ships. On our return home a letter of apology from Viking was waiting for us offering a discount on a future cruise. We will be taking up their offer as the overall service and care from Viking is truly first class and, all things considered, worth the money. Read Less

Overall Thoughts about Viking There is no doubt about it, that Viking is a professional organisation who knows how to run river cruises and to make a cruise happy. The crew are well informed, attentive and clearly enjoy their work. That makes a big difference. Our trip on Viking Skadi round the Dutch Bulbfieldi and the Cities of the Rhine Delta was very enjoyable. It was our first Viking River Cruise. But it may also be the last. Why? It was overpriced, and we suffered from a booking experience which has left a sour taste in the mouth. (Viking my redeem this, given time). First the positives. Here I would like to cite one person in particular who made the trip enjoyable. That was the Programme Director Gary Nicholson. His talks were informative, entertaining, and his team including the Concierge Desislava made everything smooth. The food was great too. Axel’s Chateaubriand was most delicious. Even the room cleaner Sandra was pleasant and spoke English beautifully. But did we get value for money? We are people who do our own thing, and we don’t drink much. Some told us that Amadeus might be better. All in all we had been satisfied and rated the cruise 'as expected'. Ruth gave it a higher rating. There were a couple of things we want to bring to the attention of the management . Get the booking experience easier. I know things change but getting information on routing and arrival and departure times was difficult and inconsistent, the staff did their best. There should a web page with all the information for the tour and boat, The booklet and the schedule were inconsistent with daily programmes not corresponding to the actual plan. The web page should rectify this. We should have been given the option of travelling by Eurostar. Other guests had this included for £50 more. We made our own arrangements and ended up paying a lot more. We have written to Viking about this. Will we get a refund? Who knows? It would have been a good idea if each passenger group was invited to submit a brief introduction and interests along its an optional photo. This should be printed and made downloadable. Then it would help when we met, and more importantly there could be space for exchanging email addresses etc, 5 Viking should issue a small map with our planned route. Read Less

We joined the Mani at Basel, had an escorted tour around town before reaching the Mani. We had a lower deck room very adequate for our needs. Needed ear plugs to reduce the water noise, only to be expected at that level. Good shower room and plenty of wardrobe space huge television. Very attentive cabin steward. We took part in most of the trips, unfortunately the Black Forest trip was marred by inclement weather (snow falling). My husband wanted to go on the forest trail but was turned back due to worries about the bridge considering we are used to such weather at home he was not concerned but no doubt the company has to be aware of wimps. I did not go to Marksberg castle as warned it was difficult terrain, borne out by husband on return who said I would not have managed. The food on board was excellent, the chef came and explained each main meal (lovely Irishwoman) and demonstrated some recipes. The entertainment was fine but could have been more exciting. A magician would be good. The quiz was good. Visiting musicians superb. Worried by glass blower in case he set the ship on fire. Very pleased that there was no casino on board and very few opportunities to be parted from our cash, a distinct drawback on other cruises. There was only one child on board who was very well behaved and very pleasant considering she was in adult company all the time. We enjoyed the wine at meal times and the freedom to make coffee or hot drinks at any time during the day. The freedom of free seating in the restaurant was lovely and allowed us to mix with many different people from many countries. Many of the staff were from the Phillipines and I was surprised that there was no way on board that I could donate to an appeal to mitigate the suffering of the Islands after the devastating hurricanes which had destroyed so much of their infrastructure. I feel that this would have been a feather in the cap of the company if they had supported such an action. After all Saga and many of the airlines collect on behalf of charities, why not Viking? We were amazed at the efficiency of the disembarkation system full marks. Read Less
