I chose this cruise because I wanted to do a river cruise. Viking may be the best river cruise operator but I found the cruise to be average. We choose this particular ship and date because of the itinerary and it did not disappoint. The ports and scenery while cruising were incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed every stop on our journey and highlights were the two “scenic cruising” afternoons. Having great weather for the duration was a bonus.

Fun trip overall! Biggest issue was needing to switch ship due to low water. We went on a cruise rather than land tour specifically to be able to stay in one room for the duration.
