The ship was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very pleasant, and the customer service was outstanding. The spa was incredibly difficult to get an appointment in with their limited staff. Previous experiences with Viking was extremely positive. We had been on River Cruises, this was the first time on an ocean liner. Though it was off season, the weather was very pleasant other than one day in Sicily.
The service on board the ship was outstanding. Restaurants were plentiful with good choices for the meals. Cabin crew service was outstanding as well.
