We did a river cruise for my retirement two years earlier and loved the Viking experience, with the exception that the food was not what we expected and very disappointing compared to other cruise lines we have experienced, i.e. lacking vegetables, salads, healthier foods, chef had poor choices/poor preparations. Then we tried the ocean cruise for my husband's retirement, because we wanted to experience Costa Rica and the Panama Canal in particular. It was a joyous experience for meals and time on the ship. We did NOT enjoy the excursions. The buses taking us to adventures were run down and worrisome that they could break down and leave us stranded in dangerous areas of Belize, Costa Rica, Cartegena, etc. The Cartegena trip took us to trashy shopping, even though we wanted to go to upper scale shops. Our best experience was the cruise and time on the ship; our next will include as many days at sea as possible! The ocean cruise was a truly relaxing vacation, always able to go to breakfast, lunch, or dinner, no clean up, never had to make my bed, etc. Some of the food was not the best, however, there were always enough good choices, AND the ice cream bar was a daily must! The Amazon always sounded so exotic to me and when I saw that Viking was doing a 21 day Caribbean to the Amazon it was a must try. Must try because we were on the Viking Sea in Norway July 2017 and were having a wonderful time (save that for another review). We booked on board the Viking Sea during our July cruise and were ready for our adventure 5 months later. The first and last part in the Caribbean were as expected with azure blue seas, tropical breezes and some snorkeling. The hurricane damage from the 2017 season was evident though. We were the only ship in port in St. Thomas. Never before for us! Arriving at the Amazon after 4 days at sea, port of Iles du Salut, French Guiana had to be pasted by due to delay of a container in Barbados. Major disappointment for most on board. Continuing 1000 miles roundtrip to Manaus, Brazil with 3 additional stops all hit the low bar. Included tours were below expectations with views of notable buildings only from the outside, slums and dirty rivers seen from the buses. The onboard entertainment with a relatively new cruise director was totally lacking. He told us that the owner of Viking expected us to be racing books. That astounded me! Glad we brought a board game from home or would have been ready to jump ship. The highlight for me was the Piranha fishing in Santarem, Brazil that I paid extra for. Viking has moved low on our list now but still have a 23 day river and pre-cruise scheduled with them this summer. This was our 39th cruise. Read Less

A chance to see and experience the amazing Amazon was the draw. The boat, the food, the cabin, the on board service - and the Amazon River - was excellent. FIRST CLASS. The on shore tours were generally mediocre. While this was Viking's first time in the Amazon - IT SHOWED. Not even close to our experience on other Viking tours. (One big exception was the outstanding local pageant in Parentis. That was exceptional. The rest left much to be desired.) Many of the local guides were not at all fluent in English. The "Included" tour in Belem was a "march to hell". Virtually no commentary while walking (understandable, because we ran). Pleas to "slow down, you have a group of seniors" went unheeded. The shipboard lectures, however were top draw... as I would have expected from Viking. We took the Viking Montreal to NYC cruise last year. The experience was excellent. That is why we signed up for the Amazon. A real disappointment. The experience vs cost makes me seriously question another Viking Ocean cruise Read Less

We were on the December 1-8, 2017 cruise to Cuba on The Viking Sun. Very beautiful new ship with really nice public areas, pool, spa, and fitness center. Like the river cruises, Viking did an outstanding job with the Cuba tours with highlight being and included stay at a very nice Havana hotel and Tropicana Show. Cuban guides were excellent! Reason for giving Average score for Dining and Service: 1. Breakfast and lunch buffets were nice, but had some quirks. Only one side of the World Cafe had a salad bar and way too many desserts! 2. Wine service in the Restaurant was very poor because they only has 3 wine stewards, leaving only one for the Restaurant and the others for the specialty restaurants. Never did they announce what white or red wine they were pouring, nor did they offer a wine list. Once they lost a bottle of Chardonnay we had purchased, and after much to-do looking for it ending up just giving us a free bottle. The Head Waiter agreed with me about the poor service but said that upper management was not listening to his recommendations. Service was excellent in specialty restaurants. The Viking Band was excellent and really livened the place. Demographics of passengers were 60+ years in age and were retired college professor/ school teacher types, not saying their is anything wrong with that! Overall great cruise and beautiful new ship. Viking just needs to iron out some service issues in the Restaurant. Read Less

We were very pleased with the overall cruise as well as the focus of our trip: The Panama Canal. We were disappointed that we had no input regarding flight times. That time of year is very unpredictable and we experienced a lot of rain. The included side trips in Belize and Roatan were not well timed, but the guides and drivers were motivated to provide a good experience, which they did. The Museum in Panama city should be included in the time allotted for the standard tour (info on the building of the canal before entering the canal). Dangerous situation in using the boats to go to/from Georgetown, Grand Cayman. This was the first Viking experience where we felt "rushed" on the included trips (probably because we were in the last groups and did not return until after dark several times (could have left earlier and returned later). It seemed like the staff was surprised by the volume of persons signed up for the included trips and the busses (?) were inadequate in Honduras and Belize. Even Panama City was not planned for a return bathroom stop and it was a Holiday so one was hard to find. Food, entertainment and lectures were truly great! The ship is well equipped, more intimate than the "bigger" ships and more commercial lines. I thank Viking for having a representative on all tours, so their input would be invaluable. We will definitely try to travel with Viking on our next river or ocean experience Read Less

This was our second Viking Star cruise, first the Inagural year Venice to Istanbul. We arrived in Athens three days early an toured on our own. Once we boarded the Star, we felt we had arrived home. The most welcoming part was several of the bartenders remembered us from two years prior. When you are addressed as Mr. Lang and welcome back, that was it, this was going to be a great trip. Tours— Highly recommend Mykonos by 4X4 vechicle trip, Nazareth & Sea of Galilee Shore Excursion, and last and most memorable From Naples The Vistas & Villages of the Amalfi Coast Shore Excursion. The last one stops in Sorento shipping and Delightful 3 Star restaurant lunch. The road trip along the coast were as advertised most scenic, I finally got the Amalfi Coast off my bucket list after 3 prior visits. Food— My favorite Restaurant is Manfredi’s, memorable fine dining, Chef’s Table was disappointing both trips, the Restaurant is better. My breakfast and late night treat was Mamsen’s in the Explorer Lounge on Deck 7. Interesting note the Executive Chef David McDonald is the only cruise chef I have ever seen throughout the ship we’re food is served- “inspecting the troops”, so to speak, everyday. He has the time to talk to guests- a mark of a true professional. Future bookings and discounts were not available on this cruise because of the official reservations agents departure, a letter was given to some Explorer Members to use this code. I missed the window due to health issues, but will try now on an Amazon Cruise in December 2019. The staff in all corners of the ship were very professional, I believe this is due in part to the original crew who set and maintain a high standard for all new members. All in all Viking out got it right, I hope this experience is transferred the new Ocean ships coming on line. Last — This is not a family cruise for younger folks, I believe as it was modeled this way. Read Less

We have done several river cruises with Viking and were curious about Viking Ocean. The price was good and had free air. We then continue to Cuba on a back to back for a total of 18 days. We found the staff outstanding, the went out of there way to make your cruise enjoyable. The entertainment was very good. The food was very good, and we enjoyed having the option of dinning rooms without additional charges. Our favorite was Manfredi's. As expected, the ports on the Transatlantic were limited, and the shore excursions were a disappointment. However, I enjoyed the Cultural Cuba ports and shore excursions. The Background information and speakers were very good, and made the sea days enjoyable. I had a knee replacement, so I found the main pool hard to get into, and only used it once. The infinity pool at the back of the ship is small, but very enjoyable. The spa therapy pool is very nice, my used it every day. The seating around the the pools were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside the Wintergarden, it was very quiet and comfortable. The pool grill had a great selecton of hamburgers and the onions rings are great. Afternoon tea was fun, and the pastries in the Explorers' Lounge were outstanding. The cabin and balcony was comfortable, but our closet was in an awkward location next to the bed. Read Less

This was my third cruise with Viking. We were able to drive to the Port of Miami so embarkation and disembarkation were extremely easy, along with parking at the terminal. Our cabin included a sitting area, large closet, plenty of drawers, and balcony with chairs and table. The ship has two specialty dining rooms, a main restaurant, cafeteria style restaurant, plus several other areas with food. The very friendly crew was from lots of different countries and it was interesting finding out where they were from and learning about these countries. The ocean ships of Viking are smaller ships which is what appeals to me. This was Viking's first cruise to Cuba so there were some snags with the excursions but having been with them before and seeing how well run their excursions always are I am sure their next cruise was very well organized. The destination lectures were very informative and knowledgeable. Read Less

This was our first cruise and a retirement dream trip. We chose Viking because of their high ratings and the fact that most everything was included. About 5 days into a 14 day cruise my husband became very ill along with several others. At least 2 ( that we know of) were taken off the ship, and hospitalized in the closest locations. My husband was cleared to travel home but it took about a week for him to fully recover. Two days after we got home, we got an email that went to all passengers that Legionnaires Disease was identified on this ship. No one personally called us after we made 5 visits to the ship doctor. We still never heard anything more from Viking. Be aware of this situation. My thought would be that we would have at least been given some credit toward another cruise and that a representative would have followed up on my husband's condition. I understand that they could face legal issues but, because of our situation, I would not recommend Viking to anyone. If you go, be aware of all medical situations and have a plan with your family if Viking leaves you in a foreign hospital. I have kept all medical papers and am in the process of,dealing with insurance companies. Read Less

My wife and I, both in our 70's made the cruise. Our pre-cruise visit to Bergen was great. We had Viking plan the air, which was a mistake. They routed us through Heathrow, which I avoid based on experience several years ago. It has gotten worse. It took over an hour standing in line with our carry-on luggage to get on a bus to take us from Terminal 3 to Terminal 5. We had reserved the Hotel Oleana in Bergen. It was conveniently located, nice staff, but the furnishings were spartan. Good weather and we ate well in the 3 days there before we boarded the ship. I thought embarkation went smoothly but my wife disagrees. We both were very happy with our stateroom, especially the heated bathroom floor. Wish I had one at home. I screwed up, not having looked at the ships plans/specifications enough beforehand. I thought it would be too cool to use the pool, so didn't pack a bathing suit. But the main pool and it's hot tub were protected and there were two more hot tubs plus the two pools and the sauna in the spa. Dining was great, with several options. I regret that they did not offer more choices of joining others when we went into The Restaurant. We met fewer other cruise travelers than we have on other cruises. We both took advantage of the talks and enjoyed them a lot. One speaker was so good that I regretted I was not going to be on the next leg (to New York) to hear some scheduled for it. All of the crew were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Security process for exiting and reboarding at the port stops was very efficient. I appreciated the steps they went to to help us keep our hands clean and prevent the spread of disease. There were several locations outside of the staterooms where people could relax and read. An ample number of books were available at multiple locations. In many of these one could be close enough to the performing musicians to have the music in the background. All of the musicians were top notch. Portable hearing sets were available to help people hear the excursion guides but they were awkward to use and were unnecessary except on one tour I went on. The size of the ship is large enough to have great facilities but small enough to go places larger ships cannot visit. We were already book for a Spring 2018 cruise on the Viking Sea when we booked this one. We liked it enough to book a cruise on the Viking Orion in December 2018. Read Less

The Homeland theme in the Baltic filled our specific desire to learn about family historic geography. As a half-Norwegian half-German guy, I learned more than I expected. In addition, the visit to the Hermitage was astounding. The “Gold Room” was particularly enlightening. Thank you Viking fo getting us into the venue earlier than must tourists. Our visit to Gdask, Poland was also a highlight. Survival and rebuilding the heart of the city indicates the ingenuity of people. Very encouraging. The ship’s staff really knew how to move passengers on and off the ship with very few long lines or delays. Nice going. The entertainment program singers and dancers were invigorating, even after a long day of excursions. The music and staging were impeccable. The various restaurants were also excellent. The Chef’s Table was a surprise since we sampled food that I would never order at a regular restaurant. More education! This was the best cruise that we ever experienced with Viking...by far. This was our 3rd Viking trip--two on riverboats and this one on an ocean cruise. We boarded the Viking Sea in Stockholm and spent 14 days visiting countries along the Baltic Sea. My husband has a rare form of Parkinson's Disease, but he was able to participate in all embarkations and disembarkations, except for one when a rope handle entry ramp was used instead of the usual hard handle. The food was outstanding and we, of course. indulged ourselves a little more than needed. Both the ship and our cabin were kept in immaculate cleanliness and order by skilled, friendly cleaning people. Service was excellent. Someone was always there to meet our every need. The social director kept us well informed of all events and activities and made sure we met at the appropriate time for our group to go ashore. All shore excursions were led by guides who lived in the area, so each guide was quite knowledgeable about the history and events of the city and/or area in which we were traversing. A large number of additional excursions could be selected in addition to the included ones. We consider this one of the best trips we have had to date and we would definitely do a Viking excursion again. Read Less

We chose the trip based on a review of the itinerary, the reputation of Viking, reasonable pricing and the accommodations. My friends, my wife and I enjoyed all of the included tours as well as the optional tours. The crew was exemplary. The food was always perfect! The gym and spa proved to be extraordinary experiences! We survived the cold water bucket and the snow grotto! The lockers with the robes and sandals made all the difference in the world. Thank goodness for the Laundromats! We did not use them often, but they sure came in handy when we needed them! A singing cruise director was a novel experience. The tour guides all did a terrific job in keeping us together and interested. We took time with our friends to visit sites and restaurants on our own and had great experiences in each city. We look forward to future cruises with Viking and have let all our USA friends know about our great experience! Read Less

The location, weather at the time of the year was absolutely perfect. The excursions were enriching and enjoyable. We had wanted to visit the Scandinavian countries and Russia and this gave us this opportunity. Viking has such good advertisements on PBS; that helped too! The staff was so attendant to every need. We loved the choices of dining venues and the excellent choices of food that was prepared. The portions were just the right size and being so gave us the opportunity to try many different ones. The on board shows and entertainment were excellent. As I love attention to details, the Viking crew never left one detail unattended too. The checking in and out each day, the train arrangements going into Berlin, the buses for tours, and step-on guides were tops in my opinion. It was all so very well organized! Appreciate Viking having the arrangements for us to not have custom issues in each country. Read Less

I have Sailed on many Cruise Ships (14 times) before and found this Cruise one of the best I ever sailed. We chose this ship because of its Itinerary ,it took us to places we have never been before. Portugal the Isle of Jersey and the Passage thru the Kiel Canal in Germany . After returning from the Berlin tour we were pleasantly surprised with the Welcome back by the ship’s Crew and an all-Male Choir . The idea of all Inclusive attracted us , plus the fact that we never before Sailed on a Cruise ship this size. We were pleasantly surprised about the comfort and coziness of this Ship and the Lectures held by Wing Commander William Simpson. The Food and Wine was above our expectation in comparison to other cruise ships. In Particular we enjoyed the Winter garden afternoon Tea, although we preferred the Fantastic Cappuccino in Place of the Tea. My Wife had acquired a particular Taste for the Fantastic Macaroons. The impeccable cleanliness of the whole Ship and Friendliness of the Crew was second to none. We are presently planning a second Cruise with Viking , I am sure the service will be as good as one the first Cruise. We can recommend Viking Cruises without hesitation. Read Less

Lunches, dinners, and even breakfast was something we looked forward to every day. And no charge for the specialty restaurants ... that's something celebrity doesn't offer. The other thing about Viking is they do not nickel and dime you like Celebrity. Water to take on the excursions-no charge. Specialty restaurants-charge. Excursions - no charge for o ne excursions per port of call. The passengers are a little older but that's OK. We found couples around our age (65) so it all worked out. Read Less

Had no preconceived ideas as first Viking" cruise experience. From check in and embarkation I knew this was different. We felt like invited and treasured guests. The Explorers lounge was our intro...a good one. The greeting from staff was so welcoming and so personal...and the small number of guests made us feel we were on a private cruise..til we immediately made friends of like minded folk. And all we're of the same opinion as many many were returnees. We literally had NO negative experiences on board. Excursions were excellent and the presence on the on board "experts" at some excursions especially helpful, I love the academic/scientific/historical aspect of the areas we visited and found the coverage exceptional. The local guides were truly delightful especially in Scotland. Knowledgeable and entertaining, we were taken onto an adventure that they lived and breathed. The opportunity to visit the archeological ruins of these tiny islands was an exceptional treat. Impossible for tour descriptors to really capture but the pre tour lectures were near perfect preps, especially those by scholar/scientists on board. Norway was spectacular as promised. The access we had to enter narrow exquisite fjords in near silence amongst the breathtaking scenery was unforgettable and we are so grateful for the opportunity In short, i cannot recommend too highly. These bus trips were adequate but had the usual competition for the locations from the other travelers so did not stand out like some itineraries. The food was good and they even got us in to the specialty locations which have private dining rooms for large groups. Since we are already booked on the same ship for November in the Med I guess I can say we'll be back (just not as a large group). We wanted to see the Scandinavian countries and St. Petersburg so we chose this cruise which stopped in Sweden, Finland, Russia, Germany, Denmark and Norway. The cruise was great the only negative part was not getting to see the Polish port due to mechanical problems. The substitute of a small Danish island was nice but we would have rather seen Gdańsk. The included tours give one an overview of the port cities and when supplemented with additional tours more than fill the time at any port. The size of the ship allows docking in the center of most cities which enhances the overall experience. Our accommodations were perfect and the overall experience was very enjoyable. This was our second Viking cruise and are now looking forward to our third. That in itself should tell anyone that we enjoy Viking cruises. When we saw the itinerary for this trip we were immediately interested. It included 10 Countries and 15 cities, many of which we had not visited before. We signed on 3 weeks before the departure date because this package including air fare looked to enticing. We took a pre-tour package of 2 nights in Madrid. The ship is beautiful, its a great size with 900+ passangers. The crew is terrific, they do an amazing job day in and day out. We cant say enough good things about the crew. The food is very good. There is a good variety in the 5 restaurants, and the food is fresh, well prepared, and welll served. Each of the restaurants has unique offerings in and pleasing ambiance. Plus there is 24 hour room service. The cabin itself is a nice home base for this long of a trip. It is roomy and has many very nice features - like heated bathroom floor, the makeup desk, the good sized lanai, etc. The ports were a great selection and there was an included excursion at each port. The extra excursions we took were all good value for the money and well done. One highlight of the trip was the included excursion to Berlin. Viking chartered a private train to take the 700+ passangers that selected this included excursion. We had a very knowledgeable tour guide in each train car who explained where we were going, what we would be seeing, and what our options would be for the time we would be "on our own". When we arrived in Berlin we got a bus tour of the city with photo ops at the major tourist sites. After time on our own we were bused back to the train. On our train ride home our tour guide came thru the cabin offering water, wine, beer, pretzels etc. When we arrived back at the ship we walked into the terminal and were met by a German Band playing, singers singing, waiters with champagne and appetizers, and the entire crew lining the way to the gangplank in their best uniforms, clapping and singing us home. It was truly a special moment. When we got back to our cabin, we found a plate of cockiness waiting for us. It was the perfect end to a great day. The entertainment on the ship was surprisingly good. We have been on many cruises where the entertainment was "ok", but this was really good entertainment. The enrichment speakers were also really good, very knowledgeable, and interesting to listen to. Whoever lined them up did a great job. Read Less

It felt like we were on the river boat and included all the amenities we have come to expect. The ship was beautiful and never felt crowded like other cruise companies. The service was perfect and the young lady who cared for us and our stateroom treated us like family, paying special attention to my elderly husbands wants and needs. Shore excursions were educational and interesting as we had never been to that part of the world. The meals were exquisite and special including a surprise celebration from the staff to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary. The stateroom was comfortable and spacious and well appointed with very comfortable furniture. We really enjoyed the spa with its massages and saunas. The disembarkation went very smoothly, not the usual cattle call and luggage hunt that occurs on other ocean going boats. We can't wait for our next Viking experience. Read Less

This was the first time on a Viking ship although we have taken several river cruises with Viking before. My wife and I wanted to try the Viking Sea because it was a small ship with less than 1,00 travelers and the itinerary looked interesting. It was surprising how beautiful the ship was. The cabin room were more than adequate and the house keeping staff did an amazing job in cleaning and preparing our room. The lounges were comfortable with gorgeous views when looking out towards the sea. Enjoyable were the daily afternoon teas with snacks. There were several eating areas one could choose from whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. Th daily menu had an excellent choice of delicious food. There were also two specialty restaurants, one Italian and the other Oriental, that one had to make a reservation. All meals included a choice of wines. Heather Clancy did a remarkable job in keeping everyone advise as to what was going for the days activity and kept things organized so that there were no surprises. She also performed in a one person show that was most enjoyable and displayed her amazing talent as a singer and performer. She had a unique sense of humor and was truly a great and valuable asset to the ship's schedule and itinerary. The nightly entertainment by the other professional men and women was very entertaining. Of note was Alexis Semevolos singing "Time To Say Good-by" that was beautifully done and brought the house standing to their feet chanting for more. The cities we visited along the Adriatic Sea were interesting and were of historical significance. The most impressive cities were Santorini, Olympia and Athens (with 4 day extension which included a trip to Mycenae and Epidavros). My husband and I chose this cruise as we love the Viking River cruises. The ship is beautiful, well appointed and easy to navigate. Well done!!! We enjoyed the game tables that helped pass time at our at sea day. We found that the ship's restaurant and Chef's Table staff are still learning the art of serving and customer service. Rather being served all at once at a large table, some waited for over 5 minutes for everyone to get their meal while our food got cold waiting for everyone to begin. Some staff offered many excuses rather than taking decisive action. The Restaurant was soooo loud it was like we were having a shouting match to hear. We found Manfredi's staff the best on the ship, very efficient and pleasant. We don't normally like buffet dining but we chose the World Cafe several evenings because it was quiet and the wait staff very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The food prepared on the Aft Terrace was always cold because of the weather. Perhaps, close it if temperatures do not permit a pleasant experience. Breakfast Room Service was always great and timely. We were anxious to feel the same "Valued Customer" feelings as we had onboard your River Cruises.Unfortunately, the sequence for booking excursions was extremely disappointing. If we didn't pay the higher stateroom cost, we got locked out of some of the optional excursions which forced us to find a private Tour Guide. It made us feel less than Valued Customers. We found out the Algiers Casbah excursion only had 60 seats. This is not very equitable for the other 800 passengers. Read Less

Just returned from our first Ocean Cruise with Viking exploring the West Indies and were very impressed. We chose Viking having been on some of their River Cruises. It was not too big, only 900 passengers and we felt that alternative cruise ships were not for us. All of the staff we encountered were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Wherever we went It never felt crowded as there was so much space around the ship. We ate in all of the restaurants but our favourite was the main Restaurant on Deck 2. As we were in a party of 12 we were given The Captains Table as it was the only table which sat 12, other than the private dining rooms in Manfredi's and The Chefs Table. This meant that we were well looked after by the same attentive staff - Jenny and Paul who were amazing. We had opted for the Silver Spirits Package and our Staterooms included the premium wine selections, which were very good. We found that the food in all of the restaurants was top quality but having enjoyed fantastic service and a fabulous selection of food in the Main Restaurant we were actually disappointed with the food in Manfredi's and at the Chef's Table. Afternoon tea in the Wintergarden was superb, as good as any of the top London hotels. Our favourite places on board were the Atrium where we enjoyed a drink whilst playing Canasta and the Explorers Lounge/Mamsens for the Norwegian smorgasbord. The ship is amazing and they have really paid attention to detail. Whilst there was entertainment it was not too showy and was clearly aimed at the more discerning passenger. If you like dressing up and full on entertainment you might be disappointed. The Spa facilities were excellent. My husband had the deep tissue massage which was good but a little pricey. The included free excursions varied, some were simply coach trips round specific parts of the island, often with shops to browse and very little time to actually explore. Having been on Viking River Cruises where the guided tours are really interesting, we felt that Viking missed a trick and should revisit the itinerary. We know a lot of people on board were disappointed with some of the content. An example of this is a visit to a graveyard when an extended stay at the colourful market which had a lovely atmosphere would have been better in Guadeloupe. Our favourites islands were Barbados, Guadeloupe, St Maarten and St Thomas. My husband opted for two additional options of the Barbados Photographic Adventure and the America's Cup Regatta. He was very disappointed with the photography workshop as he is relatively experienced. However he loved the America's Cup Regatta (in St Maarten) and would definitely recommend that as something not to be missed. Our only gripe (and this also applies to the River Cruises) are the flights. Despite Viking cruises being quite expensive compared to others, their flight planning is appalling!. We left our cruise ship at 8.45 am and got back to London 25 hours later the following day. We went from Heathrow to Miami and then on to San Juan and flew back from San Juan via JFK back to Heathrow, with lots of hanging around at airports. Why - there is a direct flight to San Juan from Gatwick! Will definitely go with Viking again but only on the proviso we have direct flights or make our own arrangements. Read Less
