This was our third time River Cruising with Viking. And things got off to a rocky start with an estate room that smelled like sewer gas and the crew not doing anything to remedy the problem. Viking pre and post was awful! The corporate office can’t get worse. The air booking was totally a mess with 2 hour hold times every time you call to fix their mess.
