The itineraries and destinations were all places that I wanted to see. One of the highlights is actually one of the more simple things though- the scenic cruising days that we would spend on the sun deck sailing past castle after castle in the warm sunshine. Everyone that worked on the ship was amazing and had my name memorized which was awesome. I miss them very much! Don't get me started on the food. I was so spoilt! It was often difficult to choose from the options on the menu because they all sounded good. We loved the complimentary coffee/hot chocolate and cookie station. We often helped ourselves to a nice hot chocolate and cookie then would go back to the room and watch episode after episode of Downton Abbey on the very nice flatscreen tv's. Nicer than the tv in my house! As was the heated floor in the bathroom. I might have enjoyed myself too much. Made a lot of friends. Unforgettable trip. Read Less

Great trip with many stops through Europe. Ship was in wonderful shape, almost new condition. Crew from the Captain on down were fantastic, all were excellent personnel. Made friends with several of them. Food and beverages were first rate with something different most any day. Other passengers seemed to also enjoy their experience. We made several friends on the voyage. Sleeping Cabin was a little tight, however comfortable. Housekeeping seemed to go out of their to maintain everything. During the trip the wife and I Celebrate our 43rd Anniversary. Both the Housekeeping and Dining Crew made it Special Occasion. The main topic of the Vacation was the sightseeing of the Danude River and it's associate water ways. This to include the many stops at cities and landmarks. Excursions at all included plus other at additional charge. The ones we took were really something special in both the viewing and the tour guide's shared knowledge and stories associated with the location site. Note a whole lot of fantastic churches, war artifacts and wine related items. Read Less

We had the time of our lives. Even though one of us was limited in walking abilities, due to an injury, the staff did their utmost to make sure we both had an enjoyable experience. There is even a "Gentle" walking tour group at every stop, for those who have limited abilities. We were shown special attention to make sure we both were taken care of. We both felt like royalty. When one of us got sick and stayed in the cabin through two dinner services, the staff of the restaurant made sure that he received a full hot meal, delivered by the restaurant Manager. We were totally impressed with the entire staff and crew. The shipboard entertainment was first-class, with shows by such professionals that I would compare them to highly paid stage performers. The food on the ship was outstanding. I cannot praise the chef and his team enough, especially after seeing the tight quarters that they have to prepare the meals. Truly a "Trip of a Lifetime"!
