We have sailed on all of the Windstar ships at least once and some more than once and this was one of the worst sailing experiences we encountered on any cruise line including Princess, NCL, Carnival, or Royal Caribbean. Europe is incredibly hot and crowded in the summer, although still crowded for this trip. Did notice a drop in service level compared to prior Windstar cruises. Looks like they are pinching pennies in certain areas. Definitely less focus on customer service from corporate side.
