River cruise of 2022 was cancelled by us due to low river levels. Transferred to Med cruise that took us from Venice to Barcelona. We were looking for at least 14 days. This is the second cruise my husband and I have taken with Viking. The ship had an abundance of staff members and the service was wonderful. Staff seems to be highly trained in their area of hospitality. I found that Viking is very organized and has an acute attention to detail. Chose this cruise for its ports of call which were areas that we always had on our travel list but hadn’t got there yet.
The service onboard was great. All the staff were willing to do whatever was needed and greeted us with smiles and courtesy at all times.
