What an absolute rip off this cruise ship is! Service Gratuity is Mandatory and not disclosed upfront. We left with a £150 Service Charge bill after a 5 night cruise. Just off the Costa Deliziosa 24 day transatlantic from Venice (Trieste) to Port Everglades. Problems with embarkation: Arrived at the port from our Venice hotel via private water taxi.
