It's a lovely ship and service, cleanliness and food are just alright. You shouldn't complain.
You may not like the food, but it is well cooked and in copious quantities.
Unfortunately, we were hit several times by toxic paint fumes in our cabin, which were so powerful that we couldn't be there.

What an absolute rip off this cruise ship is! Service Gratuity is Mandatory and not disclosed upfront. We left with a £150 Service Charge bill after a 5 night cruise.
The onboard photographers are rip off salesmen! When we asked for discount on a large order we were told by the manager to quote "If you want memories of your children you have to pay for them"
The bars only use bottled Pepsi ...

We were happy to go on the Deliziosa as we were satisfied with our 2 previous cruises
After reading the Carnival annual report for 2016 some of the sub standard services on this cruise were inevitable The company is cutting costs to maintain profitability.

This was the second transatlantic cruise for us. This time from Venice to Fort Lauderdale. Last year we crossed the Atlantic on the Costa Favolosa from Savona to Guadaloupe. Both crossings were, for us, very good and fulfilled almost all our expectations.

I loved the idea of a Greek adventure and to be honest the ports we visited was amazing.
The ship on the other hand... and the new NCL "policy" of no water on board is beyond a joke! They sprang up with immigration policy and I was very worried on how they handled our passports.

Just off the Costa Deliziosa 24 day transatlantic from Venice (Trieste) to Port Everglades.
Problems with embarkation: Arrived at the port from our Venice hotel via private water taxi. Ship was nowhere in sight! Was greeted by port personnel and told that due to heavy fog, we would need to be bussed to Trieste to begin our cruise. Was told that passengers were emailed/texted by Costa ...

Wanted to explore Greece and Croatia. Nice short flight out to Venice.
Check in very good and embarkation went smoothly from 12 noon.
Ship in good condition areas clean needs a lick of paint on balcony handrails.
Upgraded to room with balcony instead of porthole which was a bonus. Forward facing above Theatre but not noisey.
Plenty of choices of places to eat. Ate 2 nights in Alizbar ...
