Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Seven Seas Voyager

Family vacation with our two teen sons. Firstly we booked a 15 night cruise with Regent at no time did they tell us that the cruise was two bolted together. Beware this seems perfectly normal and somewhat shady. The net effect is that entertainment and menus repeat for both weeks... I think this is very unfair and should be addressed and I would advise people to check prior to booking unless you ...

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful 11-night cruise on board Regent’s Seven Seas Voyager. After months of anticipation, we can’t believe that our voyage is over. We knew the first half of 2019 was going to be a pressure cooker, so it was important to have a major trip on our calendar to keep us going through the winter and spring. More importantly, we needed to go somewhere ...

Went on this cruise for the itinerary with our granddaughter, we cruised before with Regent so we love and know the service but this time they even surprised us. My granddaughter (16), was on the sofa bed, the mattress was quite thin and you could feel the springs, the second day of the cruise , I mentioned to our steward if there was anything they could do, OMG that night and every night after ...

Excellent itinerary, service that was above and beyond expectation

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and "free" business class air. We had not been to the mediterranean and were very very pleased with the ports we visited. For example we anchored by Sorrento rather docking in Naples. Sorrento is a beautiful harbor and well worth the hassle of tendering to shore. It also made it possible to get to Capri as well as Pompeii. Regent did a nice job ...

After experiences on other cruise lines, we decided on an all exclusive cruise. Selected Regent Voyager from Venice to Croatia to Greek islands ending in Athens. Very pleased with service, accommodations, food and drinks. Room was spacious and well equipped. Rooms and common areas were all very modern and seemed new. Never seemed crowded anywhere, except at pool. Laundry on every level was a ...

We expected only the best; it was our first ocean cruise and we loved the experience. Our cabin was exactly mid-ship, 836. Every need and whim was fulfilled by the concierge staff. Laundry was delivered promptly every day. Our complimentary drinks were restocked daily with our premium choices. Fresh towels and toiletries twice a day; a girl could get used to this! Our balcony afforded a ...

My first time in Venice and some new ports in Ravenna, Croatia, Montenegro, Elba, Sanary de Sur, Marseilles, were the primary factors in choosing this cruise. We arranged our own air and a one night stay in Venice. Very expensive but wanted to be near the St. Marks Square and be able to just walk around and people and monument watch. Stayed at the Savoyia and Jolanda on the Grand Lagoon. Sound ...

Nice But Should Have Been Better

This was our fourth cruise, our last one was about seven years ago on Oceania. We had heard a lot about Regent and were eager to experience their brand of luxury travel, which is inclusive; no signing, tipping etc. As the cruise was high end and superbly rated, we expected near perfection. we were very disappointed. The ship was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The crew exceeded ...

Great cruise but aft cabin suffered significant vibration noise

We really enjoyed our first cruise on Voyager having previously cruised twice on Mariner. We enjoyed everything about the cruise, the food, crew, cabin, public areas and included excursions were all very good. Although you would expect to get vibrations on a ship and this in itself would not be a problem, the vibrations caused the ceilings of our aft cabin to 'tick' loudly causing us to lose a ...

Observations from a Regent Newbie

It only took about 2 hours on the Voyager, before we even sailed, for DH and me to decide it would be hard to go back to "main stream” cruise lines. We loved the spaciousness of our aft suite. The vibration we'd been warned about was negligible and we loved the view. The Regent agent I spoke to, before turning our reservation over to our TA, recommended Suite 878 because the balcony wraps around ...
