A big thank you to everyone on MSC Sinfonia for unforgettable experience. Service provided in every part of the ship is excellent, cleanliness immaculate and entertainment superb. I am very grateful to Disco Bar team: Kennet, Adhi, Wirwan and Bayu for their assistance, they work in different sections on the ship throughout the day and administer guests orders instantly. I also would like to say ...

Just returned from an amazing cruise on Sinfonia. I’ve cruised Celebrity, Scenic, Royal Caribbean and P&O and I can say MSC were fantastic. Food was absolutely delicious, the Italians know how to cook. I can only assume others have killed their tastebuds if they didn’t like the food. Please ignore negative comments about the food, it’s simply not true. Yes the itinerary is tight but that is no ...

This is our 10 th cruise and first MSC we chose because of Split, Santorini and Venice and pricing. we had low expectations based on online reviews and we were impressed so much we will take another MSC in Carrebian in Decemeber 2019. Francisco, the restaurant Manager, Herman Fernandis, the Chef and all Waiters in restaurant provided excellent service to our group of 20. Chef cooked a special ...

I originally heard about MSC from a work colleague and this is now our 3rd time with them. I cannot recommend them more highly. I had read one or two negative comments before booking the Sinfonia trip but I honestly think it is wonderful. On all accounts our trip could not have been better. Everything was done to perfection. The customers were from many different parts of the ...

Amazing Itinerary

I am rating this cruise Excellent, basically due to the Itinerary. You are in Venice, Split, Santorini, Mykonos, Dubrovnik, Ancona, and back to Venice. Here are the pluses of the cruise ship. It's a smaller cruise ship compared to the "mega ships" out there today, and that's the type of ship I personally like. I do not care for the super large ships. It reminded me of old world cruising. The ship ...

Before cruise started we stayed in Venice for 2 nights. Was our 2nd stay in Venice.. So this time we walked basicly all the alleys. In cruise we booked some of msc excursions. We really enjoyed. Especially the dead sea. Will definitely visit there again. If the 3 islands we visited I enjoyed Réunion the most. Very clean and organized setup. We had a great time. Will definetly recommend to my ...

I saw a lot of bad reviews for this cruise and was very scared before I boarded. But, I am very happy I chose this cruiseline. On boarding was helpful, staff was amazing. Shows were great and different everyday. Santorini was bit rush but the island is so crowded so its not cruiseline fault. Going our of cruise at various ports was easy and ports were accessible easily. I will definitely go again. ...

The dates and itinerary suited us. The prize suited us. We spend a few days after embarkation in Italy. A cruise is the best way to see a bit of the world. We saw and experienced Croatia (of which Dubrovnik is our favourite, we lost our hearts in Dubrovnik), Italy and Greece. It was a great experience for us and our 2 daughters. We shall definitely try to do another cruise as soon as our finances ...

Great family cabin - 9003

My husband and I went on this cruise with our two children, aged 9 and 12. We really enjoyed cabin 9003, which was like a suite at oceanview pricing. We chose this cruise both because of this cabin, and because of the kids sail free pricing, which made it a much better deal for us than a comparable cabin would be on another line. We also liked the itinerary, which took us to Italy, Croatia, and ...

Before we went on our cruise, I read alot of the reviews, most were negative. I became very anxious but was assured by other friends that it was good. We commenced our cruise and within days I was very very pleased. We had pre-booked & paid for the drinks & laundry package - this is something I would highly recommend. The room was clean. Food was good. Staff were excellent & helped in every way ...
