The ship is treated as a glorified day-care facility by the Italian holiday makers who are rude, pushy, don't adhere to the rules and are generally obnoxious. Msc Divinia is a lovely ship and the staff were fantastic and the shows were good if not very short ie 1/2hr. We did the AI package which was well worth it. We were told that flights would be arranged close to our travelling date, we were informed 2 weeks prior to travel that we were outbound from Gatwick to Verona and inbound Venice to Gatwick.
