I want to preface my review by stating that we don't care particularly for travel by bus, or "motor coach" as it is cutely described in the fine print. While the itinerary for this cruise is top notch, there is a lot that is really lacking luster. Everywhere you look on this ship, there is wear and tear - the carpets, the railings, the windows. I have travelled on Costa before and picked this cruise for the ports and also I liked the ambiance on the ship. For any of the staff to go beyond their parameters seems impossible.
