I had read so many negative reviews that I was hesitant to book this cruise line. I truly don't know what they were complaining about! Just back from 12 nights on the Adriatic and Black sea. Firstly the ship is beautiful very elegant in an art décor style. . The staff excellent always smiling and helpful, nothing too much trouble.
