Our family had a fantastic time apart from a couple of points. Venice departure point is amazing. Embarkation was quick. The ship is lovely and always being kept clean by the hard working staff. Exceptionally rude customer service, you raise a complaint and they do nothing, just deny it and refuse it happened. Never any apologies. Costa Mediterranea (Venice/Croatia/ Montenegro/Kefalonia/Corfu)
Costa not as good as Royal Caribbean. Decoration is very gaudy/loud/not matching (don’t know who their interior decorator was but I wouldn’t have him in my bathroom never mind house) – except for the Osiris & Isobella theatre .
