Exceptionally rude customer service, you raise a complaint and they do nothing, just deny it and refuse it happened. Never any apologies. Not recommended for English speaking or US residents. The staff are disrespectful, rude, very unorganized, never on time, staff never smiles, once cruise over never says thanks or acknowledges you. This is an international ship that provides for the Italians.
