First impressions were that the ship was well designed with an attractive atrium. The staff without exception were friendly and professional. The decor was in good condition. The quality of the food in the buffet and the main dining room was very good.

First I should say we were all invited to complete an online survey about the cruise after we disembarked. I wanted to do this, but by the time we got home (we stayed on a few extra days in Rome, and then it's a 36-hour marathon to our part of the world), the survey was closed. Constant pressure to pay the ship more money detracted from an otherwise beautiful cruise experience. From Sept 23rd to Oct 4th, Venice to Rome, we enjoyed an interesting itinerary on a lovely ship, spotlessly clean, with very good food.
