Room to spread out. King size bed. Fresh fruit and an expresso maker in our room. Separate dressing room with vanity leading to the bathroom. We were right under the Lido deck but never heard anything from above us.

The Neptune Suite is spacious, lots of room to relax. Balcony is large and comfy even though we didn't spent any large amount of time due to the weather and temperature. The shower leaks at the base but still functioned but the jacuzzi tube is a bit small for larger sized guests. Good there was a separate sink on the makeup table so both of us can wash up at the same time. Room steward is efficient and the Neptune Lounge staff very helpful. Read Less

This was a standard Neptune Suite, with the usual amenities and spacious living area. There were two differences from the Neptunes on the larger/newer HAL ships: (1) the bathroom was smaller - one sink instead of two, and a tub/shower combination rather than a separate shower enclosure. (2) the veranda was substantially bigger than on every other HAL ship we've been on. It was at least 160 sq ft. There were two lounge chairs and a dining table for four. While the veranda was the same length as any other Neptune veranda, it was about 3-4 ft deeper. The beds and pillows are always a dream on HAL. The beds are so comfortable, regardless of what category of stateroom you have. The stewards are attentive and helpful - and always remember your name. The only way we can afford a Neptune Suite is because we use the HAL visa for everything. We like to take a cruise every 3-4 years, and by that time we have enough points to save thousands. So, we use it as an upgrade - and end up paying what one would for a standard veranda room, but we get twice the space and nice amenities. Read Less

Large, airy, light, with great storage and amenities. The Neptune Lounge offers coffee and snacks and drinks throughout the day. Peter, concierge, gave us first-rate service, including fulfilling most of the transactions we could have gotten from the front desk and the excursions desk. (Without the longer waits) Daily service, free laundry, fresh fruit, and a genuine concern for our well-being and safety, the young men and women made our voyage most pleasant! Read Less

Despite what we had heard the cabin was very nice and showed signs of having some refurbishing recently. Had a very small TV which was replaced with a larger one in mid cruise. (We had not complained). Also. only one electrical output for charging phones. As on most HAL ships, all announcements are made on speakers in the hallways and can only be heard by opening the cabin doors. Did not have a separate shower stall which should have been available at this level of accomodation. Read Less
