This cruise was supposed to be highly rated but it turned into a nightmare. Some of the extremely wrong encounters are as follow. If I have to list all that were wrong and unsatisfactory I will end up writing a few chapters.

A message was sent by email the day before we were to embark on our cruise. We were already in Vancouver and did not receive this email until after the cruise. There were some good things like the time with loved ones, the scenery, the concierge, and the Pinnacle Dining Room. That is the end of the list of good things.
