Overall Princess standards although still high have fallen. This was a relocatoipn criuise so that maybe the reason. We found that most staff seem to go through the motions,so except for your cabin steward don't expect them to go mout of their way for anyhing that is non-routine. The food was average. Embarkation in Vancouver was a gong show. It took almost 3 1/2 hours to get on the ship due to the border security being overwhelmed by the number of ships in port. Ship did not sail until after 7 PM (originally scheduled for 4:30 departure). The food in the Crown Grill and the Salty Dog (specialty restaurants) was very good and the staff in both were wonderful.
