We chose this cruise because it was a fantastic deal and an opportunity to explore a brand new boat. The boat was even bigger than we were expecting but it was just gorgeous. Had the front Corner Suite. Buttler service. Food was top notch. Lovely experience.
Ncl encore was clean modern. The art is very well though of. The colors are well selected. This line is going more premium. Very technological. Service was fast. Quality in all was assured. The show Choir of man was great. Broadway level quality.

We have done a number of cruises with Holland America and always enjoy them. embarkation was smooth. Cabin crew were very good as was food. One of the staff in Tamarind remembered up from a cruise in 2017 which surprised and pleased us. Did not care for a couple of entertainers but not a big issue. This is our 8th cruise - and it keeps getting better. Staff service was outstanding. Ship was clean, very well organized. We had a balcony suite on the 14th floor - everything working. I love the fact that there is no more bathtubs - efficient layout. A lot of dining options - we went to Cagney's, Teppanyaki, Local Grill, Garden Buffet, Savor, Taste, and Teppanyaki.
