Wanted to see Hawaii. Twice we requested wake up calls and did not receive.Holland web site advertises Dutch Cafe 16 Dutch and Belgium beers with 4 on tap. DID NOT HAVE. Met with beverage manager his answer was they were ordered but not sent. Hard to believe a company as big as CARNIVAL{who owns holland} can't get what they order covid is over.

Another and possibly our last Princess cruise due to cutbacks ,poor food and very disappointing entertainment onboard.
We have done over 400 days on princess and since the break over Covid we are just completing our 4th long cruise and have felt undervalued and quite frankly ripped off.

Mediocre PCL experience. As Captain Circle Platinum guests, we received very little recognitions throughout our 7-day cruise. PCL primarily focus seems to be “charge more, give less.” Imposed new charges on services which should be included, such as room service, medallion orders, Alfredo/Gigi’s, etc. Crew seemed tired, overwhelmed, unhappy and rude at times. The evening I got home from my cruise I tested positive for Covid. As I have been four-times vaccinated, I am confident my symptoms will not last more than a few days. But I do have to question why Princess no longer positions a crew member at the buffet entrance checking the use of hand-sanitization (like it used to do in norovirus days and on all my previous cruises with the cruise line).
