Mediocre PCL experience. As Captain Circle Platinum guests, we received very little recognitions throughout our 7-day cruise. We booked Aqua class, as had done several times before. Not worth it, and for much less, you get almost the same in other categories, like Veranda or Concierge.

We have done this cruise 4 times previously and enjoy leaving from Vancouver while we live in Victoria so no airline travel required. Embarkation was very smooth and there the service ended.
