This was my third cruise on NCL, previous two being on the Star in 2007 and 2009. The recent refurbishment of the Jewel made for a more luxurious trip. Chose this cruise as it left from Vancouver (my home port) and I wanted to see more of Hawaii.

The employees were great. The food was always cold and the same except in the upgrade restaurants. We were booked on the first leg of this voyage, 16 nights to Hawaii, roundtrip from Vancouver. We have done this itinerary three or four times, but previously with Princess.
