We booked Aqua class, as had done several times before. Not worth it, and for much less, you get almost the same in other categories, like Veranda or Concierge.

We are loyal Princess Cruise passengers, and this was our tenth cruise with Princess, first trip on the Crown Princess. While Alaska was absolutely amazing, we were really disappointed with the experience on the ship. I chose this cruise due to what seemed like a great price without the 100% single supplement that Princess usually charges. My cruise was 14 nights in duration, not 7 nights, so leaving Vancouver and returning home at the end.

I was taking persons in wheelchairs on a vacation. The manual lifts that were provided for our two people one was broken and or didn't raise high enough to get our people over the beds. We have cruised on the Queen Elizabeth and Queen Mary pre-Covid. We have very good experiences in our 30+ days at sea on those cruises.

We took a 7 day cruise to Alaska on celebrity Millennium. Ship was old and needed to be updated. Shore excursions were very expensive for what they offered.
ATV tour is a complete waste of time and money. They take you on a gravel road for 2 miles and then you turn around and come back. This costs $225. When I complained to Celebrity, they said sorry no refunds. We scammed you.
