Ship was extremely crowded. Embarkation took hours. Layout of the ship is confusing. A lot of people mentioned their difficulties with the ship layout. Ship is old and needs a lot of repairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our Alaskan cruise on the Crown Princess. The Crown has a promenade deck which allows you to walk around the whole ship.
