We took this cruise to Alaska because it was an outlier in price. The exact same cruise was 2x the price the rest of the year... so heck, why not? We went in with this in mind.

Disorganized crew. Restaurant maitre'd and serving staff did not know the menus. Bar staff did not know basic cocktail terms (neat, up, dry, etc). We are excited to do an Alaskan cruise, and got balcony cabins so we could see the view and enjoy the outdoors. Balcony was approximately 2’ x 6’. Yes the chairs had to be turned sideways to fit on the balcony. The now only have one room make up a day no turn down service. Have cruised with them 9 times previous. Shocking lack of cheerful, helpful employees. Expected service at least equal to prior cruises. Small stateroom amenities have always been a nice perk.
