We boarded the Preziosa for a one week cruise starting in Valencia with stops at Marseilles, Genoa, Citivecchia, Palermo and Valletta. The embarkation procedure was much better than most. The ship itself is impressive but with a feeling of always being lost. The customer facing crew are to be commended, yes some will have an off day and be grumpy but we found them to be extremely pleasant, friendly and if ...
