We have been on over 10 cruises & this was by far was our worst cruise experience. We did 2 Carnival cruises this summer, which were outstanding. So, many things went wrong with this one and we received no help from Royal Caribbean. A week before our departure I noticed that we were put into 2 different dinner times. I have cruised NCL many times and have been on the Jade before. Things have changed with this cruise line. Customer service was not good. Could not get a water bottle or even a pad of paper and pen for the room. Was told this was only available for full suites and above, we had a balcony suite. Terrible entertainment with no real production show. Food in there free restaurants was awful. Again ...

Cruise is terrible. Expect to pay way more once on the cruise. Absolutely nothing included. So u pay fortune for a cruise just to be nickle and dimed the whole cruise. Says has 4 pools but really there's 2 and never open both at same time. Overcrowded is an understatement. 80$ a day for family of for cleaning fees added to your bill. Ah, finally off the Carnival Legend. Thank the Lord and all that is Holy. First time on a cruise, and very little positive to say. Ship smelled like cigarettes and pot. The only workers that were nice to us were the person cleaning our cabin and our server. Almost every night there was people dosing off by the pool because they had too much to drink. Deffenetly not family friendly. The Only fun we had was when we got off the ship at Bimini and Nassau. Sewer smell in old carpet along the Stateroom halls. Same Low grade foods every day. The Breads and baking foods are old. I don't think They are baked here on the ship because of the looks, feel and smell. The Fruits are so small, 1/2 to 1/3 the regular sizes and cheap looking, you won't find these low quality, cheap fruits in the US supermarkets. The fried foods have old, dark, smelly ...

We booked the world cruise for 116 nights but are home now after the horror show put up by this cruise company. We decided to come back in 80days because,the ship kept on running out of food. No choice for vegetarians except for salad (which is good for cows not human being). Ran out of fruit juices. Cancelled 10ports. Food if ever it was available it was inedible as it was under cooked. ...

This cruise has been a total and complete disaster. We are currently on the Celebrity Summit. We got on the ship and should have gone w our gut feeling to turn around and get off. I hate to do this because I have had several great experiences with NCL but this cruise was HORRIBLE and a huge disappointment.
