Marella have let things slip
"The overall experience was Poor to reasonable; they seem to have less staff and the ship had the feeling of a ferry (Sorry Marella), the lack of attention to detail was shocking the bar service around the pool was almost non-existent, the other bars made cocktails with squash as opposed to juice not funny when you pay for a premium drinks package.I have been cruising with Marella/TUI since the Celebration days and have been to Cuba/Barbados/Europe so have a reasonable expectation what to expect and genuinely normally enjoy cursing with them...."Read More

Great transfers really smooth and helpful
Amazing staff in all areas of the cruise who genuinely wanted to help and make it a special holiday
