Marella Voyager - avoid. Unlike other Marella ships this one lacks any welcoming atmosphere. Reception is hidden away and underwhelming. The staff in The Kitchens food area are miserable looking, never smiled once and clearly don't want to be there. I have been with marella a few times. Never glamorous but used to be functional and efficient. Not now.
