"There were no comical order errors or missed deliveries, other than once: when I asked for a specific kind of soft cheese I had had the week before (I even had a picture of it to show the waiter) the request was acknowledged as no problem , but then five minutes later the waiter instead showed up with a plate of five miscellaneous cheeses which I did not order, three of which I detest (my guess is whoever was in back had standard "cheese plates" already made up and did not want to bother finding the one I specifically wanted, especially so close to closing time.Mask compliance (surgical or FFP required, no cloth), was near 100% on buses in the front, less so in the back (the rogue zone), and on one excursion the HL employee on the bus , after a stern "must wear masks" warning, even patroled the aisles to make sure masks were not drifting south...."
