This was our first Tauck cruise. The staff, food, and service were outstanding. Unfortunately, the cabins were not. We were later told that other ships Tauck uses from the Scylla Line had been updated to enlarge the cabins. Travel agent and friends had recommended Tauck but I was very disappointed in our experience. We had booked same category 6 cabin ( 2nd highest) as our friends and it was a terrible cabin and the worst customer service ( NONE).
